The worst customer service I've ever had. On 8/24/2025 I went in to do a return and the employee was extremely rude and not helpful at all.

I love this place! It has changed hands many times in the past 5 years but this owner and his staff are the best! They are organized, friendly and are able to multi task- especially when there are people waiting. I’ve never had an issue and I am in there at least once a week. Give them a try.

The UPS Store in my neighborhood recently changed ownership. During my latest visit, I noticed the atmosphere felt less welcoming than usual. While my transaction was handled efficiently, the friendly service I’ve come to expect was missing. I hope this was just an off day, as my past experiences at this location have always been positive.

I always dread coming to this store, which sucks because it’s my closest one. It used to be such a customer friendly place when they just opened. Now the manager has the nastiest attitude, he’s extremely rude and always making you feel like you’re a burden for expecting him to do his job. At one point the had a sign on the door to demand you had any return barcodes already screenshotted previously so that you didn’t waste their time, and if you’d take long he would start tapping his hand and foot to let you know he’s getting impatient. This store is a nightmare they need to contact corporate and ask that they cancel all the refunds at this location if they’re so bothered by people coming in with returns.

Went in today to drop off my spectrum equipment because being Saturday the store closes at 5pm made it in at 7min till closing and the only person there a girl tells me right away as soon as I walked in she looks at her watch and taps it and tells me we close in 5 min extremely rude with an attitude so I stated ok you have 5 min then to process the equipment and she gave me a horrible look and doesn’t say anything so I look at my phone and off course she was lying regarding the time she saw the time it was on my phone and stayed quiet first time at this store and last I don’t understand why they have a person with that attitude working there 4 more people walked in after me and she was extremely mad and annoyed one person ended up walking out instead
