Really bad service, stuff specially a short girl from the afternoon shift not even a " hi welcome" nothing....a couple times that I have come to this stores she's always on the back on her phone and not a "bye , thank you" if I ask any questions just "nope" "yeah" "aha".....wow what a great answers!!!

A girl named Leslie that works here really needs to work on customer service, I literally never leave reviews unless it’s absolutely atrocious. Her she is bland, unhelpful, and pretty much talk to you like she’s miserable. When I asked her questions, she would answer me like I am dumb like I supposed to know. Someone definitely needs to retrain her. I guess FedEx is really the way to go. I’ve always had great customer service there.

They will not help you when you need help They don't Seem to have any knowledge how to print up documents off of your phone And they are very rude Left me standing there wouldn't help me I left with nothing Now I have to find another place that can print up my documents

If you need to print something, just don't go to this store. They don't like people of Pomona, and they want to take advantage of the shortage of printing services in our city. You will end up paying almost six dollars for one single page printed. Not to mention how deeply despotic the staff is there. Just stay away from them and find some other places for your printing needs.

Girl was really rude, I went in to return an Amazon package, it was 2 items and Amazon gave me one code only, the girl said ohh they should of gave you 2. So I clearly showed her the picture where it stated it was one code for 2 items and she said I had to tape the items together so I had to drive back to work and tape the boxes then come back. Lesley had a really bad attitude it seemed as if she did not want to work that day. Do not recommend this store for Amazon returns they aren't helpful at all!

I recently visited the UPS store and had an unfortunate encounter with the store manager, Riccardo, which left me disappointed and frustrated. I needed to have a document notarized, which happened to be from an out-of-state medical source. I approached Riccardo with the request, only to be met with an insistence that he couldn't notarize the document and that he needed to use a California-specific letter for notarization.I tried to explain that Notary Publics are legally permitted to notarize documents from any state, provided the notarial act takes place within the geographical boundaries of the notary's commissioning state. Unfortunately, my attempts to clarify the legal process were met with resistance.I even shared the California law on the matter, which states that in California, Notaries can complete an out-of-state acknowledgment certificate as long as the document will be filed outside of California and the wording doesn't require the Notary to certify certain things not allowed by law.Despite providing this information, Riccardo continued to argue, and the situation escalated to the point of him being disrespectful and rude. When I requested his full name for the purpose of discussing the matter with his supervisor, he refused to provide it.In the end, I sought assistance from another notary who promptly and professionally addressed my needs. This experience highlighted not only a lack of knowledge about the legal requirements for notarization but also a concerning level of rudeness and disrespect. It is my hope that this feedback can be used constructively to ensure that Riccardo and the UPS store receive the necessary training in both the legal aspects of notarization and customer service. I will be escalating this issue to the UPS regional leadership for further attention and resolution.
