Girl was really rude, I went in to return an Amazon package, it was 2 items and Amazon gave me one code only, the girl said ohh they should of gave you 2. So I clearly showed her the picture where it stated it was one code for 2 items and she said I had to tape the items together so I had to drive back to work and tape the boxes then come back. Lesley had a really bad attitude it seemed as if she did not want to work that day. Do not recommend this store for Amazon returns they aren't helpful at all!

I recently visited the UPS store and had an unfortunate encounter with the store manager, Riccardo, which left me disappointed and frustrated. I needed to have a document notarized, which happened to be from an out-of-state medical source. I approached Riccardo with the request, only to be met with an insistence that he couldn't notarize the document and that he needed to use a California-specific letter for notarization.I tried to explain that Notary Publics are legally permitted to notarize documents from any state, provided the notarial act takes place within the geographical boundaries of the notary's commissioning state. Unfortunately, my attempts to clarify the legal process were met with resistance.I even shared the California law on the matter, which states that in California, Notaries can complete an out-of-state acknowledgment certificate as long as the document will be filed outside of California and the wording doesn't require the Notary to certify certain things not allowed by law.Despite providing this information, Riccardo continued to argue, and the situation escalated to the point of him being disrespectful and rude. When I requested his full name for the purpose of discussing the matter with his supervisor, he refused to provide it.In the end, I sought assistance from another notary who promptly and professionally addressed my needs. This experience highlighted not only a lack of knowledge about the legal requirements for notarization but also a concerning level of rudeness and disrespect. It is my hope that this feedback can be used constructively to ensure that Riccardo and the UPS store receive the necessary training in both the legal aspects of notarization and customer service. I will be escalating this issue to the UPS regional leadership for further attention and resolution.

The worst UPS I have been too. $2 to print out a label?? And $8 for a roll of tape?? That's just ridiculous. I went to return my Amazon package and the ladies in the front were no help just standing there staring at you.

Usually easy and convenient, but sometimes USPS pricing is better. The staff are usually friendly and fast.

This is the second time I'm going to this ups store to return and Amazon product. I've never been charged for it. And I called to make sure it was free. Because it's the second time they were trying to charge me for a return. So she said yes it's free. I was very specific saying it's a backpack and I don't have a box. She replied it will be free. So I go there and she charged me 4. To return the back pack. I returned it, but I'm not happy I had to pay for it. I'm

Was able to help with my shipment, the other ups on rio rancho clearly needs to take some pointers from this location. Customer service was spot on. Thanks again i will be back in soon!

Make sure you call first and see what they are going to charge you for certain services. Had a QR code to return an item to Amazon and he said we needed to print our own label. Charged us $6.00 for lable and his service.

I had printed my document from my email and was charged $2.22 by the employee Lesley . But the print out was blurry and she didn't confirm with me before I left. I returned in 10 minutes because the company didn't accept the blurry print out. I asked Lesley to see if she could print a better picture and she replied that she couldn't do anything about. I asked for her expertise to see if there were any other methods to make a better picture and she couldn't advise anything. She was so unprofessional . Then I asked her if it would help if my daughter sent the document scanned? She reprinted and it was missing parts of the document. When she adjusted it, the print out was fine. Then she charged me again for $2.22 and I asked " are serious for charging me again?" She told me once I left the store, she had to charge me again. I think this is ridiculous , she should confirm with me if the document was ok if it was blurry in the first place before I left the store. There should also be a sign that says their policy will charge you again if you left the store. I ended up $4.44 for 1 black and white paper. This is the way they try to make money out of the customer. I will not return back to this store.

Ups or manager need to train the staff of this place. At 1pm of 12/12/2023, one of the staff refuse to accept my package because its too big. So i have to drove 2 miles away from here, which the staff there happily receive my packages.The staff in this location is lazy and liar.
