“From the moment we walked in, everyone at this clinic treated us with so much kindness and compassion\. We received some difficult news about my dog, Chico, and it was an incredibly emotional day\. A special thank you to **Sheree** at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help calm my nerves\. Her kindness and genuine compassion made such a difference when I needed it most\. I also want to thank **George**, who was wonderful with Chico in the exam room\. He was patient, gentle, and an absolute wealth of information about Chico’s heart condition\. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and made me feel much more confident about how to care for my dog moving forward\. It’s never easy hearing bad news about a beloved pet, but having a team that truly cares makes all the difference\. I’m so grateful for the compassion, professionalism, and support we received\. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a veterinary team that treats both pets and their people with genuine care”

“After some thought, I rescued a dog from the shelter for our daughter. I was apprehensive because my prior dog had a sudden unnecessary death. My faith in vets was quite low. That opinion changed today when I took the rescue to WesternU. Everyone made the dog and myself feel welcome and were kind. Crystal was the tech and she made the dog feel like he was the most special being in the world. She was pleasant, talkative and knowledgeable. Dr Greenberg was fantastic. She performed a very through exam on him and answered all questions. She even herself copied information on what I could do if my dog reversed sneezed. We were in great hands. I was so sure about this place that I bought a Paw Package for the future visits, vaccines and dental needs. Thank you for truly caring about animals and not just trying to make the bill higher. Grateful I found this place.”

“We are new to the area and had to choose a vet quickly in an emergency. My dog doesn't do well in the car, so I chose a vet that was close to me. The staff were kind, caring, understanding, and professional. My dog needed emergency surgery that was expensive but thousands less than some other vets charge. The icing on the cake was that my dog wasn't nervous or shaking while we were there, and the waiting room was calm, quiet, clean, and almost empty every time I went. This will be our regular vet moving forward.”
