Today was the worst ever service at Walgreens. First they told me that I had to wait a month for a refill. They were wrong. Then when I called they had me on hold for 25 minutes and the rude tech told me I had to wait 2 hours after they told me earlier when I ordered on the phone. Long story short I 'm transferring all my prescriptions and my Mom's to another pharmacy. I put one star to post review so others can avoid this place.

Cashier I had was so rude even though I was nice to her. She was a young Hispanic woman. Don't know what her problem was. Was there 2/11/23 at 11:51am. So if the manager looks at this review and looks up who the cashier was at this time on that day then you'll know who it was. I'll just go to another store from now on.

This store supposedly opens at 8 a.m. it is 9:12 a.m and I'm sitting in the parking lot because the security gate behind the doors is still closed and locked.

The Staff are always wonderful.they treat me like family. The pharmacy staff answer all my questions no matter how busy the pharmacy is at the tu.me.Recently they have added more staff to cope with shorter hours. I considered using another pharmacy due to the inconvenience of the shorter hours, However due to the exceptio al staff I have decided to continue to patronize thislocation. I am confident that they will resume normal operating hours as soon as possible.
