Terrible. I counted 17 people in line. One teller. And 3 people behind the counter walking around aimlessly. Came to cash a check and was quickly reminded why I DO NOT BANK WITH WELLS FARGO.

Only 2 cashier helping people and some cashier on the back doing nothing but counting money. While I usually go to other branches, other branches always have 3 cashier or more. Not like this you have to line for for more than 20 minutes. By looking at the review, you know if you not rush, stay away with this branch!!!!

Worst bank ever!! Three tellers. One went on break. Two left. A customer held up one for 45 mins. 25 people waiting for one teller. Had to wait 30-45 mins just to deposit a check for my company. 2 employees walked around, looking like we owe the bank. AVOID this bank if you value your time.

Don't come here especially in the first of the month, you are expected to be waiting at least 40 mins to hour just to get to the front window ! At times there are just 1-3 window clerks and they are so terribly slow

They are so slow and just 2 people at the windows I came to get a statement and been here 20 minutes the one in LA Verne is way better I should went there but I was close to this one and I really this paper and my printer is not work I thought let me stop here but it back fired. Don't come in here

The customer service here is terrible and management is even worse, the Manager Nancy Rolled her eyes at my situation and was probably yawning underneath her mask... She offered no help and acted like she was completely perturbed that I would even ask for some help with my situation. I've been a customer of Wells Fargo for over 20 years and have never had an experience with someone being so rude and unhelpful that I did today, it always makes me wonder how people like that are in customer service let alone management.

Covid restrictions have been lifted yet we still have to wait in the hot sun to see a teller . This is inhumane. Im still here in line after 30 minutes theres two people in front . All while the bank associate is standing on the other side of the door enjoying the AC. Im drenched in sweat.

The lady in the morning that is walking with a tablet is rude there was 3 people that walked in together and me and my husband walked in and she told me to wait outside why didn't she say the same to the other people with 3 im never coming to this bank again I rather go to chase better service...
