It's a bit sketchy in this store. If you get a nice employee, that's good. ATT must treat their employees badly or they wouldn't be so mean to the customers. Their tag line is "Ya know we ONLY do this as a courtesy". Well, first, you are not being courteous. 2nd, we all pay ATT plenty and you should be bending over backwards for your customers, we PAY your salary. They also will take others in front of you which we all know is bad. Just pray before you enter.

Be careful the manager will try and sell you everything in the store then when you go back for screen saver replacement they don't have them. Then he'll pass you off on another store.

This was one of the worst buying experiences. I came in to buy a phone for my husband and we expressed to them multiple times we did not want to do the installment plan for the phone, but now we find we are being charged for the phone we thought we paid for. The only way they could help is if we came back into the store or called the corporate loyalty line, but we don’t live in town. The people who work here were kind, but pushy with products and now we are in this annoying mess because they didn’t listen. I recommend a different phone plan all together now.

The sales rep put unauthorized charge on the credit card and did not provide receipt for the purchase, did not confirm the final amount charged to the card.

I called and asked what kind of Apple Watches they had in store, and the guy that answered, told me he could not tell me their inventory on Apple Watches. I want to know what they have, to not wasted my time in store.

Eric at the port Hueneme store was very nice he’s knows his stuff when it comes to sales and very patient as well as the store manager he came out and shook each of our hands I highly recommend going there

As a teacher and caregiver, my phone is my life. My mom and I have been with AT&T since the very beginning of flip-phone times. When others complain about their cell phone carriers, and how they don’t have service or they can’t get or their Internet is weak, I continue on with my AT&T excellent internet, hot spot, great customer service wherever I travel and whatever I need to do for my work or personal use on my phone.Sadly, after accidentally dropping my phone in the (clean) toilet, I was unsuccessful in drying it out in rice or the blow-dryer. It was time for an upgrade anyway (I had an X).When I walked in the AT&T door two friendly representatives welcomed me in. Victor was up next so I got lucky :) After exchanging security information we looked up my current plan. I explained how I am an educator he helped me get the best possible deal with a teacher discount % for those educators out there, nurses and first responders as well. They have a well stocked store of phones and accessories physically in the store.I knew I needed to walk out with a working phone. We quickly determined the best phone for me and Victor was kind and patient. I got a deal on accessories as I needed a case, screen protector and high powered charger. He took the time to meticulously install the screen protector and helped me set up my new cool blue phone, so I was able to retrieve all of my information which was backed up on iCloud. The entire experience was very positive and I highly recommend the Port Hueneme AT&T store. Victor and his team will take good care of you!

The best experience I have had at an AT&T store. The gold standard of customer service and excellence. I walked in looking for a new phone and Hugo went above and beyond to help me. He is a true gentleman and scholar. Went over all the deals and options that were available to me in full detail. A week later I was back in the store and the two gentlemen working were just as helpful unfortunately I forgot to catch their names. In the 10+ years I have been a customer this was by far the best experience. Quick, easy, clean, and detailed. Thanks!

I have had my att account for a year next month and I have had a few issues with my account and I’ve contacted customer service on those occasions but really never received the help that I needed, but on Sunday July 17th 2022? I went to the Att store in Port Hueneme, Ca. From the instant I walked in I was treated like a queen. Victor and another gentleman provided me the best of the best customer service. Victor answered all of my questions with knowledge and confidence. Victor was very kind and patient. I wanted to share this review with the world because people like Victor should be recognized for excellence and I want him to know that I appreciate him.

Great service from Marta, if you go there please ask for her , she is great and always on point with a smile on her face, love her
