Worse service ever You chat person makes me reset my password and now my account is blocked with a MFA error I have tried calling twice and they want some reference number I wasn't given. I need my account I got my job to give me a paper check to put in since I'm going through a divorce and the lady today hung up on me while I was talking. This is the worse bank service ever.

Bank manager refused to cash my cashiers check from my father from his Citibank in San Francisco that made a mistake with one letter in my name. They refused to verify or to even show some courtesy and call my father. San Francisco branch told my father the one extra letter should not be a problem, it's a cashier's check um DUH. Bank refused to honor my fathers 20 yr customer dedication and well he's closing his account over this poor treatment shown to me by this branch. Pretty sure the San Francisco branch isn't going to like it that this branch just cost them a 20 yr long customer. POOR customer service on every level.

this bank is the worst!!!! i could not tell you enough how terrible this bank is!!!! they take your money they place it in review and keep repeating the review over and over and not releasing your funds after you tell them you rent is due and you can not pull your own money out!!! and now im having to get a loan on car to buy food for my family and myself... and cover my rent!! this is not right in no way!! please listen to me and stay away from citi bank!!! all becuz i had apple fraud!!! they threatened to hang up if you ask for help.. they also lie about there names and will not provide you with a last name!! and they are certainly not there to help you only to lie and tell you one moment there name is lyn and lee and this is there fraud department there a fraud!! please look other where to bank!!! i'm gonna

Worst customer service ever. I will be switching banks do to Citibank's non caring attitude. They have stopped my accounts three times because I have ordered toppers pizza. They do not want to hear about come paints or issues. When I went I to the bank to get a new atm card because they keep stopping my acct they were not concerned about the inconvince and my threat to take my 4 acct to Wells Fargo. I have been with Citi bank for 25 years and will never be with them again. Be AWARE

The staff overall, but their manager Sahill is just amazing. Very friendly and with a smile, but amazingly informed and knowledgeable about all facets of the bank, from lending to investments. Have been a client of Cal Fed and now Citibank over 30 years, and I keep coming back to Citi. I have accounts at Wells, Chase, and a few others, and the level of maturity and experience is unmatched and good to see seasoned veterans running the branch. It starts with Sahill, but the rest of the staff is VERY competent and friendly as well. Thank you all for you help.
