Had my prescription for my sleep issues sent over to this location from another location. The woman on the phone immediaely called my pharmacy and was able to transfer it and I picked it up that night. I truly appreciate them they are beyond 10/10 I would have gotten no sleep tonight so thank you.

Wow manager tatia was horrible. I had a coupon on my phone that wasn’t showing up on my account. She didn’t know how to use the coupon, then she couldn’t find the coupon. Then she tells me the “coupon doesn’t qualify” and I ask her “ok which product DOES qualify?” And she tells me “i don’t know. This is a big store and I don’t know all the products we sell”. What the hell kind of answer is that from a “manager”? CVS you need to do better on who you choose to represent you. That should be an embarrassment for CVS.

Only one cashier, 15 people deep waiting inline. When it was my turn the cashier was rude, unprofessional, no customer service, and dropped my change in my hand as if I had a fungus on my hands. No more CVS for me!

Terrible experience while checking out. My receipt lists Briana as who I was 'helped' by. She did not ask me if I wanted a receipt. Normally the customer doesn't have to ask for one but after not being offered one I told her that I wanted one (as I bought an item I wasn't sure if I would need to return or not). She told me it was too late. I said that shouldn't be the case (most workers can look it up in their system and print it out). She then lied and told me I selected 'no' on the screen when I never once even touched the screen (as also witnessed by the person I was there with). She then told me I could return it without a receipt, and I told her that's not true, as I had paid in cash, so there would be no way to prove I bought it there (so she either lied again or didn't know what she was talking about). I then just said I would just return it right then and there and buy it back, to be able to get a receipt. She then had the will to tell me I would have to go start over and wait at the back of the line to be able to do that. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. That is beyond ridiculous, rude, and extremely unprofessional. I remained calm and said that is not how that works. She was adamant about me having to start over at the back of the line (one that didn't even exist, as there was no line), continuing to refuse to return it so I could rebuy it with a receipt). I was in a time crunch and so didn't have time to argue with her, telling her fine, I will just go to the other line with the other cashier, who I would rather work with at that point. The other cashier asked when I had made my purchase and how much it had cost, then finding my receipt in no time. Briana clearly had no idea how to do this (or didn't care) and instead of trying to find out from another employee, handled it terribly, treating the customer like garbage. The person I was with couldn't believe it either.5/27/23 Around 2:20 PM.

Wow. I've shopped CVS for years. This store is dirty, unorganized and unfriendly staff. The icing on the cake is the really bad music they have blaring. What a mess.

Service is horrible and has been for years. I walked in to purchase two items. One item is locked behind a secure cabinet and you must press a button to request assistance. The store is empty and I wait 20 minutes before a young girl slowly walks over with attitude. I ask her why are the deodorants locked up. She rolled her eyes and said “sir you can talk to the manager, I am just her to get your thing. There is only two of us here” I told her never mind and proceed to walk away. She responded in a smug insulting tone of voice. “Ok then, have a good day”. She acted as if she was doing me a favor by getting paid to do a job! I appreciate that stores like CVS employ the unemployable but this girl should be fired. It is unacceptable to have an employee with zero customer service skills, respect, empathy or communicative on skills to be employed .

This pharmacy is literally the worst pharmacy and in the top 3 worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. They are so inept and absolutely do not care about their customers. I have reported unethical and rude behavior to the store manger and pharmacy manager and no one cares. Their laziness caused a full blown health crisis and then I was told it was my fault. Every single medical person I interact with tells me how awful CVS pharmacy is. Truly do not know how they are in business. Will never set foot in this store again.

THIS PHARMACY IS HORRIBLE!! SPECIFICALLY EMPLOYEE, “MIA” and the Pharmacy Manager, SAMWAEIL SOLIMAN!! MIA WAS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I was the first in line before the pharmacy opened at least 10 minutes. No one else was there but me. I have never been to this pharmacy it was my first time and I didn’t know where to stand in line because I couldn’t see the signs as the gate to the pharmacy was closed and you cannot clearly see where the pick up or the consultation line was at. When the gates opened I obviously went to the register and was told by Mia to stand in back of the line which was now 8 to 10 people deep. I try to explain to her that I didn’t know where the lines were at. But she did not even care to listen to me and just shun me away and told me to stand in back of this long line now. She pointing your finger to help the next customer. How humiliating was that. Another customer allowed me to stand second in line with her and told me that she had the same problem with Mia last night and giving her problems as well. MIA should be fired and not be able to represent CVS. She is rude and has horrible customer service. The manager is just as bad. People come here with ailments and are picking up medication. You have to be sensitive because someone could be suffering from cancer or other things and when you’re truly treated like this it’s very inhumane and disrespectful. Please fire MIA and SAMWAEIL, they don’t deserve to work for CVS!!!

Avoid at all cost. I wish I would have stopped here first to review. But who thought a simple visit to the local drug store would require a review. First off If I could give a no star option I would. It's obvious that the staff here hates their job or management. They are completely under staffed, have little to no customer service training, the are slow at the registers and wait times are beyond me. Todays experience was beyond belief. Shame on me for going back. There was only one person if front of me and only one cashier open. No problem I can wait. 15 minutes later only to have someone else open up after I had already waited. He (Jonathan) couldn't be bother and was obviously upset that he had to open up. Asked for my phone number gave it to him. He said it wasn't in the system, gave him my wife's and it wasn't in the system. I knew it was because I was over charged the last visit last week when I was in and vowed never to come back. So once I got to my car I logged on and verified my information. Yes, it was there and active. Getting back to Jonathan. Not only did he not once look at me, address me, or face me. He rang up my two item total and slug my change at me without looking. At which point I asked him for a bag and my receipt. He knew at that point I was upset and changed his tune. I'm not a Bully or Small man. My advice to Mr. Jonathan you better watch who you pull this BS on. You may bite more off than you can chew someday. You're lucky I was patient. The next customer may not be as tolerant of your attitude. as for the store we're done. I will not give you another hard earned dollar. You would think being that close to the base you would be more supportive of military families and customers. Huge Fail to the staff and management. lol

Staff here is extremely rude, unprofessional and lack compassion. I had an awful experience at this location, I called a prescription in was told it was ready arrived and had to wait 30 minutes for the order to be filled. No big deal I didn’t mind waiting what was frustrating was that when I get home a 30 min drive the prescription was WRONG I waiting on hold for 45 mins to get an answer but to no avail I made the drive back to the pharmacy and am I greated by two rude snarky employees a man and woman. 11/2/22 @ 6:30 PM

This Pharmacy is terrible. The Pharmacy is NEVER open on time for multiple reasons. Nobody has the key (for the last 3 Saturdays) the pharmacy manager over slept. SERIOUSLY!! someone needs to do something about this. Walgreens is just at the end of the parking lot. always open!!

When are the restrooms going to be opened up again!!!!I don't even want to shop here anymore because there is no restroom available.I am the driver. I take my friends shopping at CVS. My friends love shopping and we spend a lot of time here. But inevitably someone needs to use the restroom. What a pain in the neck having to stop shopping and drive around to another store to find a restroom.

Bought 2 items there yesterday and was told by the cashier that as long as I had the receipt I could bring them back if they were not right. I came back today and when the cashier had a problem with the return...she called the manager up to help. The manager was COMPLETELY rude and unhelpful. When I explained what the cashier had said, she told me no. I said that since the cashier was not properly informed, she should honor what her employee had told me. She said no and went on to say that there is a sign where the items were saying no refunds. I showed her where I got the items and that there was NO SIGN. Without apology for the mix up or even trying to make it right, she just said no.Later today, I went to another CVS in Ventura on Thompson, where my experience was the complete opposite. A friendly and helpful employee named Arthur spent the time it took to see what my issue was and refunded my purchase. All the while with a smile and nice conversation. What a difference!! I live closer to PH but will drive the extra miles to go to the CVS on Thompson...it was a whole different experience. Shame on the extremely poor customer service at the Port Hueneme store.(I have to say all my dealings in the pharmacy at the Port Hueneme store have been great and I will continue to use their services.)
