“Great service I really appreciate George for his great customer service and I really recommend it and they offer different kind of service My renewal pasaport was very fast processing Thank you Oxnard for having someone so grateful for the community ?”
“I use this place to ship because it’s better than standing in a line for 15-20 mins at some other post office. They are always friendly when I walk in and professional greeting with a smile! Never have had an issue always a super short line maybe 1-2 people but over half the time I walk in I do not have to wait. I love this place and will definitely keep shipping there!”
“Irene, Daisy, Reegan, Violet, Audrey, Rayanne and anyone filling in at this location are truly the most remarkable people we could ever ask to see and help us on our daily visits to this location. From our package pick up to amazon returns or shipping things out...heck, I've even had my passport pictures taken here and had things notarized! Every single thing is done to perfection and with a smile on their faces. They have all gone above and beyond to help us with anything we could possibly need and then some. We plan on keeping our box there even if we move we love them all so much. A++, 10 stars across the board. We're so grateful for you all! R&R&L”
“I love this store! The people who work here are highly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I saw a customer express her frustration at one of the employees because she felt she should not have to get in line given she is merely dropping off a package. The employee reiterated her request cordially that the customer wait her turn but this only ignited the customer's rage and she showed it. I was impressed by how the employee maintained her composure.”
“Note: Saturday hours incorrect on Google. Closes at 4:30 pm not 5:00.
Staff is always helpful, friendly and patient. They make their services smooth and easy.”
“Raeanne was amazing and helpful. She knew all the answers to our questions and made sure our important package was packaged safely. She made sure to make us feel safe sending our item internationally. She laid out all of our options and gave us tips. Thank you a ton Raeanne!”

“This is one of the better UPS Stores I've been to. They ALWAYS help me whenever I go in, and have always gone over and above! Deep is especially nice and super helpful every time!!! Also, they stay open until 7:00 pm M-F which is later than most stores.”
“UPS store Ventura W. Main St. is 100% FIVE STARS !! Ram and Sally are so nice. I get all of my printing, shipping, mail and scanning done there. I won’t go anywhere else. This is the best.”
