The store personnel are great but there pharmacy is very disrespectful. When u call u expect curtosy in the very least. There just very rude. If u have questions they get frustrated and become very short.

Re: COVID vaccines ... Been trying to make an appointment to get a COVID booster but there aren't ever any appointments available Their website says "walk ins welcome"There's a sign in the pharmacy that says "walk ins welcome"Went in on a Sunday .. sorry we only do walk ins Mon - FriWent in Thurs morning at 9:00 am - sorry we don't give vaccinations until after 10:00Went in today Wednesday at 6:00 pm - sorry we only give vaccines 2:00-4:00Sat in the RiteAid parking lot & spent 5 minutes getting an appointment at CVS .. 30 minutes later I'm vaccinated and headed home.

Ruthie is the worst customer service representative. I called to ask when I can fill one of my meds. She says "u still have 6 days left". First of all, that's NOT what I asked. So I asked her, "so does that mean I can refill it on 3/25?" And her response was "I don't have a calendar in front of me, so I'm not sure". What kind of response is that???!!!!! I'm calling the pharmacy so they can tell when I can refill it. I felt like she was trying to tell me that I'm abusing my medication. That is not for her to say. I simply asked when I can refill it. POTENTIAL NEW CUSTOMERS BEWARE: they will make u feel like you abuse your medication. Don't get your medication here.

I have been a customer of this Rite Aid for decades. Love the store but the pharmacist, Elizabeth and her clerk, Ruthie, are just mean. I finally moved my medications from CVS about a year ago. Ruthie answers the phone and is just rude. I don't even get a chance to ask my question before Ruthie talks over me, spouting standard answers. If I don't speak fast enough, Ruthie puts me on "hold" and doesn't pick up the phone again... ever. How do I know? After waiting ten minutes on hold, my husband called back on a second line. Ruthie took his call, gave a standard answer and disconnected. Twenty minutes after that, my phone is still connected to Riteaid and counting up time. Elizabeth is another kind of rudeness entirely. One medication is 200 pills. Elizabeth told me it took too long to count them. She just didn't have time in her day. She straight up told me to get it filled somewhere else. So, I did. Another store filled it within 30 minutes. I don't expect it to be filled instantly and I get that sometimes a store has more customers and the wait is a little longer. But, seriously? It takes you too long to count it?

do your self a favor and use another pharmacy.lady behind the counter was very rude.she tried to charge me for my meds....but i get them thru medical at no charge.The first time i went there i had pretty good service and was not charged.The second time i went there, i stood there for over five minutes with no one else there. i stood there patiently as i watched the lady stand 5 feet from me and did not even acknowledge i was there,When she finally decided to help me, she got my meds and told me i owed for the meds, i explained that i was on medical and was not charged the last time. She walked over to the computer for a minute, came back and told me that i paid the last time. I told her that i did not pay last time but she insisted i did.Bottom line she was rude and had no idea what she was talking about

Great customer service ! Clean store and I really like the remodel! This is the Rite Aid I visit as it is on my way to my bf's. It's also well organized and just better overall to other RAs. Not always but most of the time, I get myself an ice cream cone! So good !

great store. employees greet customers upon entry to the store and are ALWAYS friendly. the pharmacy staff & service is on point as well. never leave a customer waiting very long, or without acknowledging them.. as some pharmacies do. (that drives me nuts!! i know you see me standing here!! haha) i'm in here at least twice a week and haven't ever had an issue. clean & organized store & great employees.. and ice cream scoops?!? yeah, still the weirdo drugstore stuff my dad loved, that keeps me loyal to rite-aid (or thrifty's, if you're old like me ;)

Went to get my covid test and the pharmacist was sooooo freaking rude. She was Asian didn't get to catch her name bc she would barely raise her voice enough for me to hear her. I told her multiple times nicely I'm sorry I can't hear you and she would roll her eyes so far back in her head like I was bothering her. Like hello you have a microphone for a reason please use it. Maybe she shouldn't work there is she hates her job so much interacting with the public. There is no need to roll your eyes multiple times because someone can't hear you speak up instead of using a little voice and don't huff and puff. Worst pharmacist ever!!!!

Went in this morning to see if they have any cleaning items that is hard to get these days with COVID-19. First impression was not friendly and welcoming at all. They had 2 ladies in the front working on something and not greeting anyone b/c they were both staring at a computer. Sales floor person walks towards me and glares at me, looking at me up and down but had the greeting with a friendly "hello" to the Caucasian man walking behind me. Also looking for the product I needed the same lady was walking behind, again glares at me and gives me a stale "hi" in the isle. I went to purchase 3 disinfectant sprays, when paying the cashier tells me only 1, but there was no sign letting customers know the limit. Just came from CVS and they have a sign there! I respect it and understand with pandemic on the limit but how the first sales person made me feel, who knows if they just didn't want to sell to me. Over all the whole experience was not pleasant and welcoming at all.-update regional manager reached out to me about this review and said he would make sure he would address this issue. He did make me feel valued as a customer. Asked me if there's anything he could do for me, I wasn't looking for anything free or discount but make all customers feel welcomed in their store.

FYI the store closes at 10pm but they stop serving ice cream at 9pm. This is an internal decision, not company policy. I specifically asked. The cashier tried to have another employee serve us ice cream after I called her out on them doing things they weren't supposed to, but the other woman said "NO, everything has to sanitize for 24 hours" What? How does shutting down an hour early equal 24 hour sanitation?

Hello, I have been going to this rite aid since it was thriftys its been a very long time. It use to be a great experience with the pharmacy and check out lines for items. Recently it was the worse experience with Andrew and Victoria. Me and my little boy came in and asked for the key to the bathroom and Victoria said she will give us the key in a minute and to knock at the bathroom door first to see if someone can let me in that might be in the bathroom. I then took my son to the bathroom knocked and waited for 10 minutes. No one was in there and Victoria did not come to open the bathroom. I then went to the front again and asked politely "Can you please open the door my little boy has to pee really bad he might pee " She then said, " Listen here, we have customers waiting in line that are more important then him going to the bathroom so step aside." I was so shocked at her response I then looked at 2 other check out workers to see if they would be able to help and then ANDREW stepped in and said "Look we have a line and only 3 check out people today and I'm the manager and I'm even checking people out, these people have better things to do then wait in line." I was so shocked at there response I then started recording Andrew because Its something i wouldn't even believe RITE AID employees would even say. I also asked for there names and victoria was yelling at me so loudly her name saying "its victoria like the street" she repeated it 3 times. I was so confused because they were yelling at me and extremely rude and I was nice and respectful since i walked out and left. I really hope this letter will help the CEO teach them how to be towards customers. I do have a video i will be sending to Rite aide.
