Workers are nice. But it is absolutely ridiculous of how long the wait is. There are always tellers leaving at the most random times when there is a line out the door of people waiting! My last straw was when a man had a very large transaction who should have been helped by a merchant because he was the reason the line was being held up. It’s just ridiculous how long something so simple takes to get done. Management really needs to figure something out at this location on how to better situate this problem.

Horrible place to come too. It's lunch time they have one banker and the manager, I assume, is sitting on the computer doing something. Well labor laws or not, you allot a schedule for the heaviest times of the day. Further more a manager is salary and can get his lazy butt up and help. This is clearly why this branch is not a good rating.

Prepare for a long wait - outside in the winter cold. Never enough tellers!

Tellers were nice, however be prepared to wait ~20 minutes if you come on a Friday afternoon. I believe this is the only bank nearby that stays open late so lots of people stop by

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Rudy Ruiz spent a lot of time with us to make sure our needs were met. We have been long time Wells Fargo customers and we really appreciate their technology. This branch is well run and in a good location.

Typical morning of course everybody is here after the first of the year does Wells Fargo staff extra people? Absolutely not. The line is down to the gym.. they have one teller and a 'banker' who is more concerned about people's masks and their placement than making sure customers get taken care if at this location. Wells Fargo service seems to be on a drastic decline.. if you can back somewhere else, do so.

All of them are nice except for the lady who NEVER has a name tag on the window and is rude. When you do ask for her name she pretends not to hear you. She is unwilling to help.

Noon on a Friday and you have 1 teller working? The line is around the building!!! This is not ok. Seems to be poorly managed as I had similar situation a few weeks back when I was at this branch.

Adrian at this Wells Fargo location was very professional and helpful. My wife and I had to deposit multiple checks written to each of our names, but we don't have a joint account with Wells Fargo. Adrian smoothly helped us through the process of co-endorsing the checks and depositing them. Thanks for your help and patience. Highly recommend.

Diego Galvan advised me the "WF 800 # was not his boss". After being told to make an appointment by 800 # to get a letter regarding a bank hold on a deposit that caused an auto payment to be returned, when I arrived at branch, they refused to assist me. There is a massive disconnect between what 800# says and what branch says. What a waste of my time. Horrible customer service, will close accounts and move to Chase.

Bad service coupled with slow, incompetent staff. I grew tired of nasty tellers and inept management and transferred all of my accounts to a competitor where I receive timely, efficient service. Their notary man is one of the worst notaries employed by Wells Fargo. Diego is another staff person that couldn't find his but from a hole in the wall.
