My husband and I called in on 6/23, we were assisted by Vanessa who was friendly, patient and knowledgeable which was a great first experience. We were stressed out about getting WiFi for my work from home job and working with her was easy-peazy! Glad we got her as our representative. :)

The website says this store closes at 8 p.m. I was at this location today to really quickly print my bill because my account online was glitching. I came here at 7:50 p.m., and the doors were locked, and someone was counting the money inside. If you guys close at 7:50pm then update the website so customers don't waste their time coming to the store.

Ulysses and Jessica are the BEST ! Highly knowledgeable, patient and nice. Great experience getting my new phone today. Reccomend either of them to assist you. Porter Ranch store is great !! 5 stars !!

I was there this past Friday at around 11 am, and I have to say the people there had terrible customer service. It was 2 ladies there, unfortunately i didn't catch their names. They were not even trying to help they were just sitting around talking to each other and told me they were not phone technicians that I had to call customer service.
I left and went to the at&t store in simi valley where Joshua who was also not a technician atleast took the time to hear my problem and tried to help me. Thanks to him I left the store with a new phone and accessories.
I hope your staff really improves and gives people better service.

In this branch they only lie and charge you extra fees and do nothing right. I have been having problems with them for six months and they have caused me a lot of problems. For God's sake, be careful and do not trust them.

I just want to say shout out Ulises for helping me. He was very patient. Very informative and I feel like I left with a great deal. Very happy very satisfied with the customer service and will definitely be coming back when needed. Thank you you guys are awesome 😌

Went there as soon as they opened and the staff were very nice and helpful. They helped me with everything i needed quickly and efficiently and i was out sooner than expected.

Save yourself the headache and order your new phone online.
Vanessa was rude and had zero customer service skills. We'll see how she feels when there are no more customers and she is out of a job.

I visited the AT&T store in Porter Ranch to gather information about phones (because its time for an upgrade)and get help with issues I was having with my current device. The young lady who helped me, Vanessa, was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. Did I mention patient? I had a million questions, and I’ve been to other AT&T stores before, where I felt like I flustered them, and they just brushed me off. But not Vanessa. She made me feel valued and truly listened to. She took the time to teach me how to reset my phone settings rather than just directing me to a YouTube video. Her exceptional customer service was above and beyond what I expected. I will definitely be coming back to purchase my new phone here, and I truly appreciate everything Vanessa did. Sometimes, kindness and truly listening to the customer goes a long way. We need more people like Vanessa in this world!

I normally do not leave reviews but I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to note the excellent Customer Service provided from Vanessa. She was so kind and knowledgeable, I walked in unsure of what I needed and I left the store feeling great about my purchase. I look forward to future business with this store thanks to Vanessa!
