Why is does this BofA always have 2 or 3 tellers during the most busiest of days? What's the point of the 'Business Client' line? Every single time I have to wait for a regular teller. Customer service is god awful too... esp personal banking. The woman whom I opened a business account with always has a scowl on her face. I don't feel comfortable to approach her with questions. This place is the pits. Should've opened up my account with Chase.

Waiting in the Business Clients line is always a waste of time. They don't let the other tellers help you and the line goes by much slower than the regular line. For 25 minutes, I was the second person in line for Business Clients because their teller stepped away.

Mostly I use the ATM but there are times that calls for a bank teller. Like today, I have to go inside because my withdrawal have a limit and I needed more. Upon entering, I saw a line. There were just two bank tellers. Customers are getting impatient already. So they added 1 more. And so the line went quickly. Limited parking but if you don't mind the walk - park across.

You might want to have one of those workers picking up your lunch order grab a few customers before going into the break room. There are always at least 5-10 people waiting in line with 1 teller available. There might be a business teller available but I've seen up to 15 people in line. Even when waiting for a banker they will inform you that the wait is over an hour or 2 for walk ins. Seems kind of ridiculous to me, but it doesn't seem to be any different at any other B of A branch. If you do have to come here, expect to wait at least half an hour on a good day. If its the first of the month or paycheck day scenario, expect to wait an hour. Do it all online if possible.

This banks customer service is horrible! I got in line at 3:20 p.m. and I'm still waiting in line and it is now 4:10 p.m. They have one teller open and a bunch of people just sitting at their desk and the people standing around are doing "NOTHING" other than greeting people. Why can't they get their a** in the back and help the one lady that is actually working to assist. customers. It is now 4:15 and I'm next in line.

Be careful at this location using the ATM. I was there a few days ago to make a deposit it took my cash and the machine said it having technical issues and gave me back a 20 dollar bill back and no receipt it took the rest of my money and it did not return the entire amount . I stood there In panic and I noticed the employees leaving for the day and I told them what happened and the only thing they said I would have to call customer service and they could not help me I called customer services and they said they would give mw the money in 2 days it's day 4 and I'm negative 400 dollars. Shame on you Bank of America. You made a single mother of three go penniless for a whole 4 days on an error on your end!!!!!

There are so many customers in the line with only one teller is working. Soooo long waiting time . Seems like management people doesn't care. It is ridiculous to wait in the line more than 30 minute at the bank

Wallet got stolen at this location. Manager did no sort of help except for ask if someone turned in a wallet....there was a 15 min grace period between leaving the bank and realizing my wallet was missing. Then told me the only way they can look at ANY security footage was if I had a police report .... and police stations are closed This establishment is a joke , the people in positions of power (managers etc) are not helpful or even respectful Avoid this location at all costs

I have been going to bofa for over 30 years in Porter Ranch area, recently I dealt with Ismael & Anna, both are very helpful, polite and most importantly they go extra mile to help their clients. Also every single teller in this branch is friendly & provide us with a great service. Thank you everyone at Bank of America Porter Ranch.

Only one teller with a line 6 deep?? No one steps up to help?? Been here 20 min and only moved up 2 spaces. Seriously, WTF?
