This pharmacy is the worst! Everyone is super rude. Medications doesn't get filled on-time. They keep blaming their system. All the girls that work here are rude and seem to be having a BAD Everyday. Dont forget its because of your customers you guys to go on vacation and pay your bills!!! Try being more helpful with a smile not a sad face that looks like you hate your job!!

It's not worth even one star. One female pharmacist is very rude and seems to hate her job. I was curious about her name but she wasn't wearing a name tag and I guess she doesn't wear name tags because she has a lot of complaints.

Prescriptions take way too long to fill. Their website said they were working on it for 4 hours, but when I went down there, they said it wouldn't be ready until tomorrow noon. I went next door to Ralph's pharmacy, and they transferred the prescription and got me my meds in 15min.

Pharmacist was very rude. It was 2 minutes before their lunch break and they purposefully said that my medicine wasn’t ready so they could go on their lunch break.

The front cashiers area completely lacks even basic customer service skills. Extremely rude and unprofessional, a young guy at the front register was very disrespectful and rude. They look like they hate their job and have zero interest in providing even somewhat decent service. Obviously reflects on their store management as well.

They left the most critical team off my prescription and then lied about only receiving the item prescribed when I went back to the pharmacy. While I was there, another gentleman was in a heated conversation because they had done exactly the same to him. I won’t be using this pharmacy again and would advise anyone to avoid it.

I should have known I would have a negative experience at this CVS by had I took a look at these reviews. 2 stars? It's a nice neighborhood too, you would think they would do better. ** TO the Vieja Cara de Nalgas Caidas SANDRA AND TO the youngster who had no type of common courtesy to let me know I had the wrong receipt when trying to return an item I purchased at a different location BUT did not notice till I reviewed my receipt that the item I purchased must have been placed on a different item hanger labeled scunci but sold at a lower price so I bought it thinking it was much cheaper. I happened to be in the area n figured I'd return the item before I forget. I stop by and i give my receipt to SANDRA QUIEN APARENTAMENTE SOLO LES HABLA BIEN A LOS GAVACHOS... N SHE SAID BCUZ THEY DONT SELL THAT ITEM IN THAT LOCATION SHE COULDNT ACCEPT MY RETURN.. I WAS TOOK ABACK THATS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE SO I GET UPSET AND SHE CALLS THE LIL YOUNGSTER SUPERVISOR THEN HE SAYS THE SAME THING TOO... IN DISBELIEF I GET HOME AND LOOK AT THE ITEM N CHECK THE RECEIPT I HAD TOOK WITH ME AS TO FIGURE OUT WHY THEY DID THAT... TURNS OUT I HAD THE WRONG RECEIPT BUT NEITHER OF THESE "" BRIGHT INDIVIDUALS" HAD THE COMMON COURTESY TO TELL ME!!! OBVIUSLY, THE ITEM WAS NOT IN THE RECEIPT BUT THEY DIDNT MENTION THAT EITHER... HAD THEY SAID SOMETHING I WOULD HAVE EITHER #1. GO TO MY CAR N GET RECEIPT. #2. SHOW THEM THE BARCODE IN MY EMAIL RECEIPT OR #3 THE CREDIT CARD I USED TO PAY FOR THE ITEM...JUST 4 DAYS AGO!!! SMFH.. STOP JUDGING DISCRIMINATING PEOPLE ANOTHER REVIEW PROVES THAT I WASNT WRONG FOR FEELING THAT WAY WHEN CARA DE NALGAS MADE A FACE AND ACTED AS IF THE ITEM I WAS RETURMING SMELLED OR SOMETHING, COMA MIERDA MAS CHUCA ADE SER USTED QUE ACAVO YO HASTA SE ENOJAN LOS VATOS X QUE ME NIEGO MAMAR VERGA.. VOY A CREER QUE USTED SE CREA LA LIMPIA.. COMA MIERDA... SURE YOU THOUGHT IT WAS A STOLEN ITEM N THATS YOU LIED ABOUT WHY YOU COULDNT HELP ME... BROWN AS AN AZTEC INDIAN TOO.. U WORK AT PORTER RANCH AND ALL OF A SUDDEN YOU FORGET WHERE U CAME FROM AND CANT HELP OR SUGGEST A SOLUTION TO YOUR BROWN SISTER OR WHAT? IGUAL ESTAN DE PENDEJOS LA VIEJA Y PENDEJO THAT CANT THINK N MAKE DECISIONS FOR HIMSELF... A REAL SUPERVISOR WOULD HAVE ASSESSED THE SITUATION AND FIGURED IT ALL OUT TO WHERE THE STORE PROVIDES EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE WITHOUT JEOPARDIZING THE STORES BEST INTEREST MEANING THAT I WOULD HAVE UNDERSTOOD IF YOUR LOE WOULD HAVE BEEN TRUE BUT I KNEW THAT IT WASNT BCUZ I HAVENT DONE ANYTHING WRONG AND AM AN ACTUAL CUSTOMER... ANYWAYS GOOD LUCK ... I HOPE SOMEONE WITH EXPERIENCE TAKES OVER MANAGING THAT STORE...

Not my usual pharmacy but another daily member sent scripts there. My initial experience was far less than satisfactory. The staff seemed very disinterested and grumpy. The first woman checked her cell phone 3 times in the 2 min interaction I had and the other looked and acted like I was bothering her.
This was 10 mins after they opened. There's no excuse for this at all, but ESPECIALLY at the very beginning of a shift. Can't say I feel like a welcomed customer.
Don't think I'm coming back. My usual Walgreens is miles better in every way.

The ROCKSTAR drink was splendid. I felt the need to add some very nice ingredients to make it more savory/savouriee/sauvé.
(but be careful with some followers with some type of attraction to certain body parts that are not allowed to be touched))

Specifically for the pharmacy: I would recommend the CVS on Reseda instead, because this is one of the nicer storefronts for CVS in the area, but their pharmacy just causes more work than necessary. My insurance doesn’t cover one of my prescriptions, so they automatically cancel my refill order every time I make it because I’m not paying with insurance. Then I have to call the location and ask them to please process it. Last night when I asked this, the man told me that he would process it, but he sounded very distracted and not like he was paying much attention, so I called this morning to confirm, and it had not been processed. I have asked them how I can avoid the automatic cancellation of my order, and they told me that they could put a note in my file but it’s unlikely that anyone would read it. Of course, they obviously have not been reading it because it’s been 2 months since that note was put in and every month is the same. This is just way too many steps to refill a medical prescription, and frankly discriminatory to anyone who doesn’t have insurance.

The travel size section should be updated with more products and cleaner shelves. It’s almost time for school to end and the travel season to begin, good time for CVS to start replenishing those shelves.

This has to be one of the worst pharmacies I have ever been to! If you call , get ready to be on hold for at least 20min and then they will hang up on you. If you go there to pick up your medication, get ready to stand in a loooong line waiting! No one calls you back if you leave a message! Worst understaffed pharmacy and the cashiers or whatever you call them are stressed and impatient . Soo disappointed in this CVS PHARMACY!! Don't go there if you can avoid it !
