The employee's and management at this CVS deserve the highest honors available to them. Their integrity and honesty are beyond comparison. Thank you all so much for your professionalism and courtesy. Please forgive me if I don't get the names right but Alice, Lucie and the manager working on 7/25/2025 and 7/26/2025 . Keep up the excellent work and honesty.I will forever be grateful and pray for many, many blessings in y'all's lives.

Find another cvs pharmacy and get your prescriptions there. This is by far the worst CVS pharmacy that I have ever been to.

Waited in line for 40 minutes for them to tell me a medication wasn't ready that should have been, they told me to come back in 20-30 minutes. I've now come back 45 minutes later and they said 15-20 more minutes. There's continuously 15+ people is line, go to a different location.

Absolutely the Worst Pharmacy Experience – CVS Porter Ranch Needs a Major Overhaul
I’ve been going to CVS Pharmacy for 15 years, and while occasional wait times are expected, this location is beyond unacceptable. It’s the worst-run pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with.
Since November, I’ve had to come here 2-3 times a month due to health issues. Every time, without fail, the experience is a nightmare. First, you wait 30 minutes just to get to the drop-off line, only to be told your prescription isn’t ready. Then, you sit and wait another 45 minutes or longer, hoping someone will call your name. But no one ever does. Eventually, you have to get back in line, only to find out that—somehow—it’s still not ready.
I understand that the workers aren’t to blame. They are completely overwhelmed and short-staffed, and I fully support them. I can’t imagine dealing with this chaos day after day. That said, CVS as a corporation is failing them and its customers. The system—both literally and figuratively—is broken.
I have watched elderly, sick customers wait an hour and a half longer than me just to get basic medication. That is inhumane. People who need life-saving prescriptions are left waiting endlessly, with no clear answers or communication.
If you have another pharmacy option, take it. CVS Porter Ranch has become an unreliable, frustrating, and frankly dangerous place for anyone in need of timely medication.

I visited the CVS Pharmacy at 19783 Rinaldi St on January 31, 2025, around 6PM, and had a terrible experience. The pharmacist verified my insurance and informed me that it was terminated. I provided her with new insurance information, but after checking, she stated it was still terminated. She then asked if I intended to purchase the medications or not.
I told her I would call the insurance company to inquire about the issue. After speaking with a representative, they confirmed my information was correct and requested to speak with the pharmacist. After waiting for five minutes, she finally answered the phone. The problem was resolved, indicating that the pharmacist had entered incorrect information into the computer.
It took me an hour to receive the medication, and she never apologized to me. Her final words to me were to go to another register to pay. My son had been waiting for the medication since 2:40 PM. This is truly terrible service, and I will never visit CVS Pharmacy again.

Everytime I call the pharmacy and I want to speak to a person I am routed to a voicemail. I want to speak to a person not voicemail. Why am I not able to get a person on the phone. This is not cool

CVS Pharmacy
Terrible customer service. Every time I go, there is an issue with prescriptions. Staff is very rude, never give the right infirmation, just try to put blame on others. Ask you to go from one counter to another. I would rather drive and go to a different CVS than deal with them!

CVS at Porter Ranch has a convenient location, but it could definitely use more pharmacy staff.
There are often long waiting lines, which can be frustrating. Some of the staff are kind and helpful, while others are less so, making the customer service experience vary depending on who assists you.
Overall, it's a good location, but the wait times and inconsistency in service can be a drawback.

Always foul-ups, long lines and unhappy customers. Gave my mom a generic instead of the patented medicine as prescibed. Staff is always unhappy. In my decades of business experience, this is due to poor working conditions. FIX IT at the corporate level.

NEVER AGAIN- the pharmacy cashier told me I needed to pay over $1,300.00 for my diabetes medication. She said my ins was not covering it. I went without my medication for over a week before finding out that it was a mistake made by CVS, specifically, the cashier that simply didn’t want to check with a manager and spend a couple minutes to try and figure out the problem. Her pride was more important than my health.

Bad customer service in pharmacy department. Initially told me my prescription would be ready in 15 minutes, after 15 minutes told me it would be ready in an hour. An hour later when I returned they told me it would be another hour. Very unprofessional. They could have initially told me it was going to be over 2 hours for prescription, instead of constantly giving me false & inaccurate wait times. The pharmacy staff was very rude about it. Choose a different pharmacy.
