“I had my Live Scan done today at UPS, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about Sofi. She was incredibly patient, gentle, and kind throughout the entire process. Her professionalism and the way she handled everything really stood out to me.
I had a bad experience with a Live Scan years ago at a location near my home, so when I walked in today, I was nervous and tense because of what I had experienced before. Sofi immediately reassured me that everything was going to be okay, and her patience and kindness helped me feel so much more comfortable.
