Most cosmetics products don't have price stickers and some that have pricing on display ( cosmetics ) are inaccurate when scanned. Customer service doesn't really care about this either if notified.

Terrible service, went into buy some shoes and was charged 132 because she said "it wasn't going thru"just because a employee named Elaina or whatever double charged me. Nordstrom please train your employees how to correctly charge a customer only once. I had to call my bank to report fraud and got my money back. Didn't even want to call the store to embarrass her but I should have but please watch what your doing!!

Came to do a return wanted to get cash back since I paid with my debit card so that I'm not swiping my card again if I do end up finding the top I wanted to exchange the worker with the red pink hair and manager with bangs / glasses made such a big deal about" ohhhhh no we don't give cash back " doesn't matter the type of payment. The worker the proceeded to tell me was my word not good enough for you , the manager had to tell you the same thing i just told you. Extremely rude.

I had a huge dilema with my return yesterday. I was sad & disappointed I had lost an expensive item inside my returned bag. Carrie the manager went above and beyond to help me & she was able to locate the merchandise I accidentally left in my return.Thank you Carrie for excellent customer service & mostly for finding my expensive item!Jen E.

I am incredibly confused. This place does not exist. Many of these reviews seem fake as well. I drove around for 5 minutes and could not find this place. Can someone point me in the right direction if I am incorrect?

Unfortunately nothing good to say. This is my second time coming to this Nordstrom rack in Porter ranch and the staff is just talking for a couple minutes ignoring the 4 people who were waiting in line. Photo attached. I do not appreciate this customer service here and for it to occur twice, I won't be back.

I like this trendy place granted it doesn't add to Nordstrom's on Wiltshire, but I was pleasantly surprised by all of the little Tochese here but the store could do with more organization I found Bigs in the Small section and. 7 shoe in a 10 section yet it is really nice and you can always go to an AMC movie right next door!
