I purchased walnut roll and pecan rolls. Both were stale and hard.Disappointed with the service as well.

I'm so glad to have a Sees location in Porter Ranch! It's so much more convenient to get in and out of compared to the mall. It's a beautiful brand new store. Every time I walk in I am greeted and handed a chocolate. All the employees have always been very friendly! I also enjoy seeing familiar faces. I know the one lady has been with Sees over 35 years. I have talked to her over the years from both locations. I love that she has been a loyal employee and I love seeing someone I know when I go into a business. The only one negative I have to say.... Please have the coffee scotchmollows year around! Coffee is a staple in people's lives! We need this one all year!

This is the new location up in Porter Ranch that used to be in the Northridge Fashion center. They brought a lot of their staff over from the mall location and I am so happy they did. We lived really close to the mall and would walk with our small children here and the staff was always so amazing to our family. Now we cannot walk to this location it is still always worth the short drive. They are always so kind to our small children and always ask if the kiddos can have some samples, we never have to ask. The chocolate is fresh and up to par with the standard Sees has for its candies. I live closer to the Devonshire store but i make the extra effort to come to this brand new facility that is spotless and never any homeless hanging around. Will continue to do all my holiday shopping and self indulging here.

seriously my favorite place to grab a sweet treat!! Any and Every kind of chocolate im in the mood for they have, milk, dark, nuts, molasses and it's all delicious. They have not only the best chocolates but the best people. It is such a warm environment and everyone is so kind and welcoming.
