What a great experience I had today at this Spectrum location. My phone died, so I went in to get a new one and dreaded my visit. Well, I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted right away by Mr Hudson Fox and to receive the most comprehensive service which enabled me to make choices that personally fit my needs. The whole experience was actually enjoyable.

Awful! If you have Spectrum do not go to the Porter Ranch store. My father died in October. The payment for the Spectrum home phone was under his name and the payment taken out of his bank account. I called and they said I would have to take my mom into a store to switch the account to her name. I live in Porter Ranch, so I took her to this store. I explained the situation no sorry for your loss instead explained how Spectrum no longer did the house lines without the internet. My elderly mom' was forced to purchase internet even though she does not use it. I was refusing to accept their explanation about the internet. They Supposedly called called the manager out to come help us. I later learned this is a ploy the employees use to up sell. The women probably was not a manager. The manager was supposed to be looking for the best deal.. No deal! My mom's phone service went from $35 to almost $60. I told them we'd be finding another company. They said we had until Dec 15th. I called Spectrum again and found out the internet service isn't necessary for the landline. They told me to take her back to the store and have her request that they remove the internet. This time my brother took her to Sherman Oaks store where they were helpful and lovely. Stay away from tbe Porter Ranch store. They are a bunch of horrible people trying take advantage of people in our time of grief!

worst customer service i ordered and upgrade to iphone 17 pro max december 05, 2025 but unfortunately and very disappointing until today i didn’t receive my iPhone i will never recommend this store to get or upgrade their mobile better go to other mobile stores!!! 😤

Terrible Customer Service, based on the fact that they had six employees stationed at six registers with only three customers, including me in the store. One by one four of the employees left their computer and went into the back room. Now there were two employees at two of the six registers With people waiting and I waited for 30 minutes. That was more than enough time if those four people all for some reason, went on break at the same time to come back from their break. But I ended up leaving the store because nobody ever came out and the two employees that were at the registerstook a long time to help the customers they had.

Customer service was horrible and slow. They had 5 custmer service people in the store but only 2 assisting customers. Then 20 mins into waiting the 2 reps left to the back. Leaving everyone to wait twice as long for help. Its ridiculous to have people in store not helping anyone.

Honestly, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The waiting times were absolutely ridiculous, and the service was beyond poor. Everything about the experience was just bad, bad, bad. I can’t emphasize enough how disappointed I am—definitely would not recommend.
This place has absolutely terrible customer service. They are so slow that we ended up waiting around for about an hour and a half just to get any help at all. The manager and the employees were basically not doing their jobs, and it felt like they only took care of one customer in that entire time. Honestly, it was just awful. Definitely not recommended.

Every weekday morning around 8am, Spectrum vans make an illegal right turn from Topanga Canyon Blvd onto Andora Ave. to avoid the morning traffic. Right next to a kindergarten. These vans are obviously headed to the office on Topanga and Prairie st. It seems that Spectrum doesn't care about the safety or laws in the community it serves. Do better Spectrum. Hold your workers accountable and stop breaking the law!
