Zero stars because make you pay for boxs to return amazon package along with tape like at that point specify to amazon you charge extra for no box and for unsealed items.

This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had at any public place! The owner, who used to be such a friendly and helpful person, has completely changed. Now he's incredibly angry and verbally abusive.

I’ve been there a couple of time, it’s only been one young woman there, I watch her and she does the job of 3 people fast and efficiently, I find her Amazing! The 2 times I visited was right after opening.

I spoke to the owner several times about Natalie’s customer service and so here I am writing this review. I came into the store today to pick up my packages and the only person there was Natalie. This girl has a bad attitude and bad vibes. She didnt say hi or ever look at me., so I told her “it would be nice if you said good morning or interacted”., she continued to have a bad attitude and so I told her I was going to write a review and she laughed and said “go ahead”. I’ve spoken to the manger before as she’s given both my boyfriend and I bad attitudes every time we come. It sucks because I paid a one year pro box with them and I absolutely hate coming to get my mail now. I should have known that her attitude was gonna be like that when I was first signing up, and the owner told her to do something while she was helping me, and she rolled her eyes at him. If if you’re not gonna get ready to work and have a stink attitude because you look bad daily , then you definitely shouldn’t be in Customer Service.

120 Maclay store.. horrible service the lady by the name of Nataly is a rude and unprofessional employee that treats customers like below her shoulder she should be trained in customer service and kindness.

I can’t wait to leave this glowing review! This neighborhood has been needing more commerce and more resources for over a decade now! This business couldn’t have come at a better time. There was a line outside the door because that’s how important this business is to San Fernando and Sylmar They are efficient and fast. Respectful and responsive! Fast returns here

Bad attitude of the person in charge, we arrived greeting in Spanish very happy and very reluctantly he told us that he did not speak Spanish which is fine and we understand what is not fine was the attitude he took to serve us asking me WHAT IS THIS? With a bad attitude, regarding the labels that companies send us to make returns, they as a company are experts in their work, not the customers who only carry the packages and labels that we receive, it was my first and last time in this “UPS STORE”

I always rely on this UPS store for all my shipping needs, and I’m never disappointed. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, making each visit a positive experience. I also appreciate how clean and well-maintained the store is, which adds to the overall great service provided by the team. Highly recommended!

Awful customer experience. The front desk attendant was rude and told me to move aside if I wasn’t ready even though there were no other customers in the store.
The owner was micromanaging the staff and speaking in a foreign language. To top it off, they charge to tape your return package.
