I’d like to commend employee #184085 (sorry I didn't get your name) for her outstanding service during my recent visit to your UPS Store. I’ve been coming to this location for over three years to drop off eBay items I’ve sold, and I’ve consistently had positive experiences—but this recent visit truly stood out.
After two failed attempts at other shipping stores—one of which damaged the packaging of my item—I arrived frustrated and unsure if I’d be able to ship it properly. Employee #184085 immediately took initiative. Despite a line forming behind me, she remained calm and focused, carefully measuring the item and testing two different box sizes to ensure the perfect fit. Her attention to detail and commitment to delivering the right solution were exceptional.
She never rushed the process and made sure I was completely satisfied before moving on. Her professionalism and dedication turned a stressful situation into a smooth and reassuring experience.
Thank you for having such a thoughtful and capable team member. I’ll continue to rely on this location for my shipping needs, thanks to the consistent quality of service and care.

Every time I walk into the UPS Store in Porter Ranch, I breathe a little easier knowing Tina is there. She is consistently kind, professional, and incredibly helpful — the kind of person who makes errands feel effortless. This is the best ups store in los angeles. The girls working here so nice and friendly. They help with everything. Other locations so bad and ask for money even to print something etc but this location always helps! Thank you!

Just had a wonderful experience at this UPS Store location. My experience at UPS Store locations seems to to be hit and miss. I have to frequent them a lot for business purposes spread out over many states in the country some I don’t have a great experience at some. I have a good experience at but at dislocation today at 5:30 PM. I had an amazing experience and the person behind the counter was joyful, pleasant helpful. Hopefully we can get more people like her in the world as she made my day!

The customer service was incredible. A fantastic 20 out of 10 for sure. All three employees did a great job and especially Eric, who went above and behind his job and position. He is someone who should be promoted to manager. Great experience. I would recommend this store location. Thank you all and God bless you all!

Horrible service! Irresponsible people! They lost my package and manager refused to open a claim! They caused me lots of problems! I never got back even what I paid for shipment!

Good location, always find parking and the employees are helpful. It’s cramped in there but I am not looking to hang out, just get in drop off and leave so it’s fine.

Great staff, very friendly. I drop 2-3 boxes a day for my eBay business and they always ship on time and without incident. I have been going to this location for 3 years. Love the staff. They have a new self scan system that prints a receipt if you are just dropping an Amazon return or have a shipping label.

I stopped by this UPS store on my way back home from work to return an Amazon order. The UPS store is right off the 118 freeway near Amazon Fresh so its in a big plaza with many parking spots. I was able to park right in front of the UPS store. When I walked in, there was 1 person in line while the 2 staff members were helping out 2 different customers. They were having issues so I had to wait like 5 minutes in line. The store is not big so just having 4 people inside is already filling up the store. When it was my turn, I just put the package on the scale and the employee scanned the QR code on my phone. He asked if I wanted a receipt and that was basically my time in the store.
