This is a great Post Office. It is located in the shopping center by the Amazon Fresh Store and lots of other foodie places.The customer service here is always awesome.Thank you!✌️

Other than having a very hard time finding this place, the service was great and the postal workers were friendly and helpful. I also came at noon, which isn't as busy a time. If you're trying to look for this place, it's behind the Amazon Fresh. I didn't know that there was a small mall in that corner.

Door is closed that would lead you into the PO Box area and self-service. Not sure this is normal, but definitely not in line with the other locations.

I was very skeptical after seeing the reviews but decided to go because I needed to. I got to say the staff that was present when I went were awesome. Kamari especially. They were willing to help and it left me wondering why the bad reviews. Turns out the staff has changed.

Terrible service here. People can't even find an address & when they found a conflicting address they didn't know how to resolve it. They spun their heads around and just kept asking what you wanted to do about it. Send it or not send it. I've been to other USPS locations & none have failed to mail something simple. There has been only one instance of not being able to locate an address at another location but with a simple Google search they were able to solve it as said location. This location will give you the runaround, no help, and will stare at you dumbfounded. Save yourself some time.. just don't come here. There are two other nearby locations. The older workers seem lost & outdated. Not helpful, not friendly, they don't seem to look like they even enjoy working there. There was one other worker, younger but hopefully she would be better if you got her. Based on an overall review of the place. Chances are you may not even get her. Best of luck with shipping through this USPS location. Hopefully they can do a simple transaction & send mail to the correct address' as well. Otherwise what's the use of their services.

I just wanted to send in a thank you to this postal location! A young woman with two blonde braids helped me (I didn’t get her name and should have)- she was so sweet and kind. I had just come from an experience at the Granada location off of Chatsworth that resulted in me shedding a few tears in my car afterward. I was trying to mail my wedding invitations and the two women who worked at the Granada location today were so unnecessarily mean and rude. I came to this location after the fact, hoping for a better interaction resulting in my being able to mail my wedding invitations. Everything went so smoothly at the Porter Ranch location. So happy that I got to mail our wedding invites today! Thank you so much again. I appreciate you.
