Jessica and Dr. Hart were both beyond amazing. They treated my little fur baby with the most patience and care. My Prada did so wonderfully well with both of them. I’m so thankful for both of them and will continue to bring my other fur babies here.

I rescued my little shih tzu Trixie that unfortunately came with many issues due to the tragic life she endured. I started coming to this Vetco location and i have been very pleased. Everyone has always been kind to me and my pup here, and id like to also address a big THANK YOU to Robert as well. Robert helped me out with refunding my dogs medication after it wasnt needed anymore due to a procedure. I was really grateful for his help and kindness for doing that. Thank you Robert, and the team, for treating Trixie and I so well!

Everyone in that facility was amazing!!!! Since the moment we walked in, we got treated so nicely!
Doctor Hart was so knowledgeable and explain to us in detail what test she would be doing for our dog. She sent us with medicine and antibiotics and a few days later I got the test results and luckily they came out great!
The MA that helped us was also super sweet and even walked with us to show us different foods that would be recommended for our Dog.
We have gone to different facilities in our location from Burbank to Santa Clarita but nobody has given us the amazing customer service like the Porter Ranch location.
I will definitely be coming back and will recommending this location to friends and family!

I was referred to Vetco by a friend of mine. I was fortunate enough to have my 13 year old Lhasa apso seen by Dr. Landa and her assistant Alexa. I was beyond grateful to both of them for all of their help yesterday. Delilah ISN’T the best patient but they were able to perform all the tests they needed because they ARE THAT GOOD! Both are kind, patient and very knowledgeable. I was so thankful to get an appointment exactly when I needed it. Thank you a million times over!

I really like coming to this Petco/Vetco. Even though it’s out of the way for me, I appreciate that the staff is way more professional and everything is organized, clean, and doesn’t feel chaotic. I will continue to go to Porto Ranch Vetco for my dog’s health needs.
