Today I had a very bad experience at Walmart the Employee at costumer service named EMEE accused me of tampering the car battery I'm returning. Telling that I tampered the battery and returning an old battery. A line leader or manager LIZZY helped me to get a refund since the battery is actually never been used but only dated 9/19. EMEE is probably the rudest costumer service employee I've talk to. She is not suppose to work at costumer service. She embarrassed me in front of other costumer buy saying out loud that the battery has been tampered and an old and used battery. I hope you get FIRED EMEE!!!! Stop being rude to the costumer!!!!

I was in town today visiting my mom and pop. My mom and her caretaker and i shopped at Walmart today. She was returning an item back i guess she had purchased off of her discount card limit of only 79 dollar limit. We stood in line which didnt take us long because we arrived their around 12 noonish. They almost didnt give her back her credits because of some misinformation about the item on sale. But anyhow, The customer service is good here. Again, I dont shop at Walmart often, But i was happy with everything i purchased. Store is clean and everything organized. I live in Orange County, So hopefully when i visit my mom in the San Fernando Valley again, ill be back to pay a visit here.

Horrible Walmart. If you go at night the milk section is always empty even though they have a delivery right behind of what I needed. I asked an employee if he could just go back there and get me the milk. They said no. Manager said no. If you want any milk products never go at night. They are always out even if the product is right behind. Horrible customer service.

Tried to return an item that didn't work. Customer Service tried to do return but having trouble. She looks at item and says pieces are missing. We tell her that we bought it like you see it. She goes to get the manager. She comes back on her own and says she cannot do return because they dont carry that exact item in store. Now we bought it from another Walmart. What was so rude was her repeating that pieces were missing. She had no idea about the item and sounded ridiculous. I was leaving the store but then I came back and ask for manager because of the customer service persons terrible service and the nonsense coming out of her mouth. The manager ends up telling us that they don't have that same exact item in store and that it's a no sale item. I ask what that means and she says that since we don't have it then we the store would take a loss. I didn't buy that at all. She tells me to go to original store and I explained it was a hour away. All because we didn't have the receipt. I'm going to the other store and if it's going to be a problem, I'm going to show the purchase on bank statement and ask to see there return policy. I've looked this up and didn't see what the manger was trying to feed me. I also showed the manager Carol at Potter Ranch, the exact same item on line and those pieces that her customer service accused of pieces missing, was in fact not missing at all. It was a horrid experience to say the least. I let the manager know if this poor service by this ignorant cashier.

Horrible service managers are useless and rude. Bought a microwave at Walmart website and what I got was a dirty used microwave with dead fried roaches inside. Horrible! I went to return it and now they are telling me the microwave code does not match the box code! They did not want to return my money! Horrible service manager was accusing me of putting a different microwave in the dam box ! I am never shopping at Walmart

Went in today to buy some AirPods the worker refused to sell them to me. All he said was we're all out i check online and they clearly had them in stock (racist much ) !! It was a bald white guy in the electronics section... thanks Walmart

In Apr 12, 2021 I went to pet department to get flea stuff for my dogs I push button let somebody whomever responsible to unlock show case so many times and 2 guys who been waiting for that with me too so...20 minutes later nobody show up even during waiting I asked another employees they said "ohh.. I'll get somebody to open for you blah blaaa..." another 10 minutes later I gave up I don't want to give them business anymore. That sucks!!!!

I most often shop at the Fallbrook location due to proximity, so today was my first trip to porter ranch in YEARS. After my interaction with Emilia, one of your most outstanding employees, I actually re-downloaded Yelp just to let her boss know that she deserves a raise! She added that special personal touch you used to get shopping at small mom & pop stores, the ones that Walmart sort of replaced. So thank you Emilia & have a Happy Easter!

This place has the Worst customer service! We came to return a pair of pants that didn't fit, and we waited in line for over 20 minutes! They gave us customers attitude while saying that their systems were down! The store is super huge, you can get lost.

This Walmart is one of the only Walmarts in the San Fernando Valley so a lot of people tend to go to this location. At times it can be extremely packed with only a few registers open. If possible I would advise going further out because this Walmart tends to get extremely busy with not a lot of customer service available.

if I could I would give -5 stars!! I ordered a costumize birthday cake 2 days in advance, and received a confirmation that it will be ready for pick up on the date after 9 am. when I went there to pick up first they said there is no order under my name, but then they said their baker left early and they don't know why he didn't make my cake!!!!!! They didn't even care to call!! they suggested that I can pick another cake that they already have for free which I did because I had no other choice, but then when I asked them to write a single happy birthday on the cake they refused!!!! I'm so sorry but this is not normal and its frustrating. people have plans for their life while you don't care!!

Never have I ever been a victim of racial profiling till today. Friday January 22, 2021. I went to Walmart today to get Tylenol for my sister since she can't leave the house due to COVID. have been helping her by getting some essentials she needs. While I was looking for the Tylenol I saw the associate help this couple out by unlocking the merchandise and giving it to them. She then proceeded to the next aisle where the Tylenol was located and helped out this other couple by giving them the Tylenol that they requested from the case. I then asked for her help and asked her if I can get the same Tylenol that the previous couple requested. The associate got the Tylenol but then proceeded to put in a safety box after she saw me. The other two couples before me were light skin and being dark skin she proceeded to put it in a lock box so I won't steal it. Like seriously. I did confront her and told her why didn't she put the other people before me merchandise in in a box she then said I " it didn't fit in a box". Yet I got the same Tylenol as the other couple. Do better Walmart. Do you only lock up peoples merchandise who are dark skin. Time of this occurrence was between 2:30 p.m.

Horrible customer service. Waited 2 hours and I came in with all my receipts and emails for them to tell me that they couldn't help me return an item. Worst customer service and it's coming from someone who is very understanding when customer service. They all need better training even the supervisor and team leads. Very disappointed with my experience and during my 2 hours there I saw several other guests who were not being help because of their race.

The worst - twice now the website has listed items on sale and in stock at Porter Ranch only to arrive and find out they don't have the product. This past time the woman in the electronics department even tried an upsell and push off similar tablet at triple the price. Pass on this place.
