“Newcomb Street Court Apartments is a nice and well-kept place to live. The area is clean and doesn’t feel messy, and the environment is calm and comfortable. The property is taken care of, and overall it feels safe and welcoming. From my experience, it’s a nice place because they have a pool and a playground for kids. I also been living here for 8 or 7 years and I never had a problem in my apartment.”
“Me and my husband barely applied for these apartments I’m hoping to get in I have no criminal background or evictions but I have low credit score (517) :( it looks like a very nice community an the lady that works in the office (name is also Laura) made us feel very confident about our application and she’s very professional and explains everything making the process easier to understand..I highly recommend these apartments even if I don’t get in anybody I spoke with was very respectful and very help full even some of the people that live there ??”

“Property has such nice curb appeal! When I toured the property, Luca did such an amazing job showing us both floor plans. Jessica was also very helpful jumping in with more information. Maintenance staff seems like they do a great job! Definitely recommend.”
