“Car got hit last year in August and they had to pull the dent out and repaint it. My paint is now bubbling and cracking in the only section that they worked on and repainted. I’m the first owner and my car is a brand new 2024 there’s no way the paint should be bubbling and cracking like this. Trying to get to the bottom of this but the only examples I can find online that match exactly to what my car looks like right now is because paint was applied directly to bare metal.
UPDATE: they fixed the issue under warranty looks good as new and they said if I had any issues to let them know so they can take care of it in my opinion everyone makes mistakes it’s how you handle them after is what matters and they definitely took care of me and my car overall good experience with no hassle to try and get the issue fixed 👍”
