I went to cash a check. I usually cash my payroll check with no problem. This time it was for a larger amount so I understood the process. But after bringing the check issuer to speak on the phone in store and checking for holds and if name and address was accurate, I was still denied to cash my check. Porterville, Ca. Office is biased and will not help in the time of need. Don’t go there! I will be telling everyone I know about check into cash and their biased practices. Thank you. ( middle finger)

Ive been cashing my payroll checks since I moved from Gilroy back in 2020. no problem always helpful. I go in to cash a check that was for a larger sum of money so I understood the process, but after I brought in the issuer of the check who then talked to the issuing bank in store. confirming no holds made another call to see if address matches up. or whatever the procedure is just so I can be denied. Porterville, ca. "check into cash" is biased! both older ladies that work the counter. never been more disappointed in my life. i will make sure everyone I know hears about this store.
