Primary doctor sent a refill for medication on 6/27/24 it is 7/2/24 and it has not yet been filled. I've called and gone thru the drive thru and they still don't have this ready.

Been to alot of CVS and at this location the self-checkout machines don't work properly. Telling me to put it in the bagging counter when I already did that. So Inconvenient.

This place is very rude. Lied about can't order medication. Tulare cvs ordered it and it's on its way when asked to speak to someone the pharmacist ran out to his car when leaving hit a person with his car and left. Hit run. Told the guy he hit to call police with a hit and run. I guess you can lie and the hit someone with your car and it's ok. Be careful going there.

Their terrible, they tell me is going to be ready and I go to pick up, sorry we don't know how we miss it" or " oh no we didn't order it, you have to wait a week for it" this happe a few times already. I don't understand why if they have the prescription for a week but when I need it, they don't have it because they forgot to order it. Their terrible.
