Tried to return a couple of items for things needed but couldn't get no help because the workers were fratinizing in the isles and they would not help me because I didn't have my receipts. The "acting manager" Gaybriel was very rude and disrespectful. I've never had any problems at this location. The staff always usually are very nice. Different shift. Different attitude. The I was going to buy things from the store but now I just want to throw the items away.

I had been to this family dollar because at the time I was financially poor and I had went in and this lady at the register yelled at me and my disabled son Scott she had verbally abused me to the point to shop very quickly and I had left with my son in tears.

I bought a headset from this place that was previously returned and it didn't work at all, they denied to accept the headset when I tried to return it or exchange it, please do not shop here if you are buying anything electronic or anything in general.
