Wanted to take the time to give recognition to a girl named Yesenia or Sarai, I forgot her name, but in moments of such hard & challenging times of my life, I was able to secure insurance for my 2022 Dodge Challenger V8 RT HEMI thru this girls help, poor girl she was very busy, juggling so much and on her own, yet was able to give me an affordable quote, her work ethic is highly seasoned, I can utilize all the help I can get rite now, so I say thank you to this gal & to the insurance company of Fred Loya.

People in the office are nice, but you need to read the contract and now just sign papers i learned about that the hard way.

I don’t know why they say they’re open at 9 when they’re not. I called and spoke to someone at a different location and they confirmed they open at 9. She suggested I call before going in so they call and see if someone’s there. Wth

Just went to pay my insurance and they’re on lunch until 3 pm. It’s not even 1:30 yet… I also have gone in the morning to pay when they’re “opened” and they’re not there.
