Greg's Hula Towing Inc. is a reliable and customer-friendly towing service that often comes through in stressful situations. Many customers appreciate their quick response times and respectful attitude. The company is especially favored by AAA members, as they frequently assist with roadside emergencies such as tire changes, car troubles, and vehicle transport.
The staff, including drivers like Raz and Manuel, are known for their kindness and helpfulness. Raz provided excellent customer service, helping with a spare tire and even placing the old tire in the trunk. Manuel quickly identified that a tire bubble was the issue instead of a need for a tow and was very courteous throughout the process. Customers have noted that the team always treats them politely and with respect.
However, there have been occasional issues, such as one driver displaying unprofessional behavior and a negative attitude when unable to tow a vehicle due to parking difficulties. Despite this, dispatch services are prompt and helpful, often coordinating quickly to resolve problems.
Overall, Greg's Hula Towing Inc. is trusted for their professionalism, friendly service, and willingness to go out of their way to assist customers in emergencies. They are recommended for their quick response and respectful treatment, making them a dependable choice for roadside assistance.

Great experience the man asked exactly what was wrong with my car to make sure it was the right decision I requested towing. Very nice and assured the delivery of my car to a mechanic garage far away. Thank you for your great service. They were connected to our AAA for roadside assistance.
