“I needed help with wood stain in the painting department. A very kind gentleman named Ismael went out of his way to assist us and treated us with great kindness. Although the brand wasn’t showing up in the system, he still made an effort to help us. After some time, he reached out to his colleagues to see if they could find the color we needed. Unfortunately, they either ignored him or simply said no before walking away. We mentioned that we could always come back later and had no urgency, and he informed us about the clock-in time of the person working in that department. I left satisfied, knowing that he genuinely wanted to help us and informed us on when to return to solve this issue, and that was more than enough for us.”
