“My internet has gone down two days in a row & no text or email is sent out. We rely on our internet & it would be nice if you would practice good customer service & let your customers know when there will be an interruption in service! I received a good response from this internet provider. I am changing my review to 5 stars because they have went out of there way to keep me informed of why there was an interruption in the internet service for several day. I don’t do social media so email is how I would like to be informed. Thank you OACYS Technolgy for addressing my issue & resolving my issue in a timely manner! I will certainly recommend this Company! Thank you!”

“The gentle men at the store assisted me well. They Answered most of the questions I had. I would give them a good review, I did have an issue with the trade in program. Luckily we where able to resolve the issue and finally get credited for my buy out program, but that wasn't possible without complaining and calling customer service over and over again. Anyways. Over i really like spectrum service so far. Would recommend”
