“My husband was asked by the cashier what he liked about this grocery store, that made me want to give our review. We live an hour out of town and specifically come to shop here because of the customer service! We love that everyone who works here treats you with dignity, respect, and kindness. We have not once had a bad experience coming here. I rarely ever have to wait for a check out line, while there is always a young person bagging groceries and making sure we found everything. You feel that it is a family owned business. I know that the meet is fresh and the fruit and veggies come from local farmers and is always well stocked. Honestly, because of all that even if there prices were too go up I would still shop here. You employ young people in the area and give them a chance to work with dignity. Thank you for everything you do.”

“Went to the store to pick up my prescription and had many questions about a drug I was taking. I was greeted by the pharmacist Manuel and was immediately greeted with a smile. When giving him my prescription I asked him about what to expect and how this will affect me. He answered all of my questions very professionally and was extremely helpful! I feel like I left the store with comfort about my health and a better understanding to why I am taking my medication! Very happy with this store! I will be back!”

“I see most of these are at least a year old. My experience has been different. I had previously had my prescriptions at Walgreens. Typical wait for new meds was 3 days. Then sometimes, after waiting, I'd call and they'd tell me they didn't have the med.When we currently had covid, this pharmacy was the only place that had it. 5 minutes after they got the prescription, it was ready! So I transferred ALL our meds and they have not disappointed! Amazing customer service too! Very satisfied!”

“Well I strongly like CVS your pharmacist is so attentive so knowledgeable and so patient cuz I've been there two of them I have had more issues with Walgreens and I'm not a fan of theirs and their pharmacy department they need to just brush it up cuz I don't want to say a word I want to say but you know what they have no PR skills no people skills just nothing in general they don't even know how to tell you something if you're not feeling great even if it's over the counter but CVS I had a pharmacist on West Olive that lady came out and she helped me as much as they were so busy she took the time to help me I was in tears but yet she knew and she got me squared away and I went home and I'll tell you what I felt better by that evening”

“Before Valley Pharmacy I was being bounced around from pharmacy to pharmacy. My prior pharmacy was Porterville Rx and they dropped me with no excuse knowing for days that I was going to be needing my medication on a specific day per usual for the few months I was a customer there. I went into Valley Pharmacy and explained my situation with the owner, Joel who is super helpful. That same day he personally made sure I had received my medication. I have been going to Valley Pharmacy ever since, that was 2019 I believe. The whole team there is super friendly and will take the time out of their day to help and make you feel as if you’re not just another customer. I highly recommended this pharmacy to everyone including friends and family. You know it is a good pharmacy when they have been able to upsize their Porterville location and expand into Tipton and Lindsay. Please support this local businesses because the big corporations like CVS do not have the personal touch like Valley.”
