Would have been a 3 star maybe even a 4 if the lady publishing fictitious business names was not so rude over the phone. Try doing your job without the bad attitude. Especially on a Friday:)

The staff was professional and courteous and worked with me in a difficult time to make the publication deadline for my obituary to make the weekend paper.
