Terrible customer service! Went in for parts for my work truck and was given the incorrect parts. I didn't realize it until I got home and was going to replace the old ones. Precision closes at 1PM on Saturdays and I called if they could please wait a couple minutes as I was on my way to exchange them and I would be there 2-3 minutes after 1PM. They said they would not wait and even though I explained they gave me the wrong parts and I need the work truck for work Monday morning they did not care and stated they close right at 1PM, not a minute later.

Bad customer service by the old curly hair guy, they also make you wait for hours just to get some parts and they don't even tell you when they take off for lunch while you are still waiting, there are some good employees there but most of them don't respect their customers, better off going elsewhere.

Precision Brake and Wheel in Porterville California has everything you need when it comes to a parts store. The staff are very helpful and have a lot of knowledge about mechanical work. There's no reason to shop anywhere else with their competitive pricing.
