“As a transitioning service member relocating my life, having a reliable place to secure my belongings was a top priority. Porterville Storage went above and beyond my expectations. From day one, my stuff was completely secured, giving me complete peace of mind during a busy transition. What truly set them apart, though, was their customer service. When the moving company running late left me in a pinch for a late-night trailer pickup, management stepped in without hesitation. They stayed accessible and made sure everything was handled smoothly so my needs were fully met, even well past typical hours. You don't always find that level of care and personal support. I highly recommend Porterville Storage to anyone needing secure units and top-tier service, especially military members making a move! Thank you 👏🙌”

“The online process was super easy! When we got to the office, we were welcomed kindly. The lady explained everything clearly, showed us our unit, how the lock works, and how to use the passcode. Great service and very helpful!”

“Nice storage spot. Their hours are a bit limited so you can only access the storage when they are open, unless you get an outside unit but they a bit more expensive. Overall nice and clean place. The manager is really nice.”

“I really like this storage unit. It's pretty big for the price $$ and they really don't bother you when you have to get something out of it. There was one time that I was inside the unit and I had it half way closed and the woman there told me to have it completely opened, so I did but I only had it closed a little bit because of the sun ☀ going into it. But other than that it's not bad at all!”
