Absolutely the worst bank I have ever dealt with, charge you for everything and customer service is non existent. It was such a great bank when it was suncrest to bad this horrible bank bought them out

Called to get jumbo cd rates but they were to busy to give that information....lost my business....

It went downhill when it became CBN. Closing our accounts was a chore. One of my personal friends - a major business owner in town - was treated like dirt and had his account closed without consent. He joined us at Union Bank. Toxic environment.
