Bottom line up front (BLUFF), this place ROCKS!I walked in, the banker made contact with me, politely offered her assistance, provided options, and in less then 24hrs, I had a loan. The banker went of her way, by working outside the norms, and made the process very practical.For her outstanding customer service, I want to recognize Brizeyda Zepeda. She's awesome!!!

Was or seemed like a good banking choice until I witnessed on my account that my transactions were manipulated in order for the bank to charge me upwards of $150 in fee’s. Trust is now gone, I’ll have to watch everything daily until I transfer my family accounts elsewhere but I guess I understand now how they could afford to give every new member $250 or $500 shared if a business is referred…. Shady.

This bank is amazing! The staff is nice and professional. Janet went above and beyond to ensure my account was everything I wanted and helped me set up. Even went as far and emailing me to figure stuff out.. I love how informative the bank is when they are gonna be closed or construction. Even. New bank opening fun. Tried of Wells Fargo? Join valley strong you will remember why you use brick and motor banks!! Thank you valley strong for being there for my family!

Was setting up a savings account which will be opened with a cashier's check. Was told they put a 30 DAY HOLD on all cashier's check even though it is very easy for them to verify it with the bank that issued it. Don't bank with them, they don't know what a cashier's check is and how it's different from a personal check. Because they have d*** anti-customer policies like this they lost our business. Seriously, 30 days for a CASHIER's CHECK?!?! They just lazy and greedy. If I wanted to pay to cash it and then take the risk of bringing them the large amount of cash ... that's the only way I could access the funds less than a month from now. Really defeats the purpose of having a bank account in terms of security and convenience!

I have had a great experience with them. New account and all, they have provided great customer service and have been able to accommodate me when needed. Am opening accounts for the kiddos as well!

Love this bank! So many banks have horrible service but when you go here they make you feel right at home! No matter my need they always handle things right away!

This bank has been nothing but a joke. Apple Pay takes forever to transfer funds (way longer then my other bank), EVERY single check I deposit goes on a 7-10 day hold like who has that long to wait for their money? The app is pointless to deposit the check cause like I said it takes forever to deposit. If I would have known it would be such a hassle to bank with Valley strong I would have never opened the account. I have another bank account that I will be using instead. Their excuse is always ( your account is so new, or we've never seen a check from there before) we'll yeah you just opened it up in my town of course it's new. And it's definitely not my fault you've never seen a check. I understand they want to verify that it's legit but it doesn't take 7-10 days like that's ridiculous. Even when I opened my account with other banks they never used that as a reason not to give me my funds. Also I have to call the customer service line way too often because of all these problems and the customer service agent can almost never resolve the solution without talking to a manger. Also the amount of time it takes to get ahold of them is crazy! Everytime I call there's over 30-35+ callers ahead of me. I just don't understand.

I have been in banking for over 20 years and have worked at multiple financial institutions. I am currently an employee of Valley Strong Credit Union and hands down can attest they are the best financial institution in the Valley!!!!!
