On Tuesday I came in and ported my number over from T-Mobile and Everything went smooth that day. I ended up ordering a watch from online, but it was not connecting to the cellular so I went in today February 18 2024 at 11 AM. The person that was working there informed me that he was going to charge me $40 to set up Apple Watch on my account. I feel this is ridiculous when it just takes a little bit of time to make a customer happy and set up a product that you purchased from their company. Because it’s just hard to find a good cellular provider nowadays. I won’t be purchasing anything else from Verizon.

Ruben was supposed to change my phone plan to prepaid and I ended up having no service, he told me it would be ready in 1 hour. I ended up not getting any help anymore because he basically, just sent me back home. I went to a different Verizon store where they were very helpful and helped me fix the issues. Turns out Ruben deleted my eSIM and added one with no phone number. Such an inconvenience, I was at a different location store for 3 hours over an issue Ruben caused and no longer helped fix.

I have had a positive experience going into Verizon store in Porterville. I have been helped by Ruben every time I go into the store. He is courteous and very helpful. He is efficient at his job and helps me get what I need without any issues or delays.

I made a payment at the store and by some reason my payment was not going thought. I had called the Verizon customer service with all receipts and they send me back and forward. Also they have disconnected my service even that I have provided the receipt. At the end I did have to pay the bill twice for no reason. I suggestion they have to work more with the comunication with their main Verizon office.

I came in with a dire emergency and Ruben was more than accommodating. Both guys on shift were very friendly and very patient with me and my infant. Would definitely recommend.
