Just got two pairs of glasses one for reading, bifocals and with my second purchase of getting sunglasses with a discounted rate! Lucy the attendant, was absolutely wonderful, very patient and just as sweet as can be. Walmart vision center needs more people like her. Do not let "Walmart" name deter you. I bought Sean John & Vogue designer glasses!! Thanks to Lucy's help & suggestions I was better informed of what select based on my needs. I love, love, love my glasses. Thank you, Lucy!

I brought my mom 4 years ago to purchase glasses. These glasses have last her all this time, very durable and sturdy. She loved how friendly they was with her and how they were willing to help her choose the right frames for her. Its time for a new pair and all she ask me was to take her back to the Porterville Vision Center. All 3girls are very friendly and make you feel at home i cant wait to take my mom for a new set of glasses...thank you!

an employee wrongly accused my dad of stealing a skillet. her excuse? "it's the wrong qr code" or something. it's also incredibly messy and dirty, the aisles are so cramped. nice arts and crafts section though, i get my yarn there.

I understand some people may shoplift but if the workers accuse someone of doing it make sure they have a reasons they accused me and I had payed and the recipe wasn't enough for them and they told me the excuse that it don't matter if it's the same brand or product it's not the same color. So technically y'all charging for color ?! Like what kind of reason is that I left embarrassed and my cousin who visits me thinks bad now and is embarrassed for me.

don't even try getting your car fixed here. Wait times are ridiculous, workers are lazy and it shows big time. I've had already two issues here at Walmart's auto center and I don't plan on ever coming here or buying tires from here again.

The employee Liz that was working in the electronics area helping with the photos was extremely rude. my photo was supposed to be ready at 2:30 wasn't able to make it in time, so I went at 7 and she was throwing other photos everywhere making a big mess talking under her breath, did not let us know there was an issue with the print out made us wait until Julio got there ( he was great) she then told us it would be 5 minutes so we took a 10 minute walk when we got there we waited another 20 minutes and she then left. When I went to ask her about my photo she said to ask someone else. As she proceeded to count out her register not looking up to even apologize about the wait. I walked away and asked Julio and he helped us out right Away ! Thank you Julio , and Liz you suck. Off topic, but Liz you should definitely check for head live you kept scratching your head

NO Apple Pay! I didn't think much of it tell I was at the cashier with all my items. Even a corner gas station has Apple Pay!

7 am what a joke. No one even knows how open the doors at 7 am. The manager said we had a fork lift problem. So what did every person that works for Walmart go and help. The store opens at 7. Be better do your job . 7:20 am sh*t hasn't happen in the shop yet. I plan my morning around what time you all said you open. Why don't you just change you open time to 7:30? That way you have time to get your sh*t together.

They never adequately staff their money services counter at this store. Today I waited 45 minutes behind three other people and it's only 2 days before Christmas. If you are looking for a fast and convenient way to send or receive money look elsewhere!

Walmart in Porterville has closed it's pharmacy and won't say when they are opening, if ever. It would be okay except they have been texting me they are working on my prescriptions, so I waited days til I'm almost out of meds. Tried to contact them only to find they are closed! I don't care how busy they are, they could have made announcements, texted me or something instead of leaving me high and dry! I will never fill my prescriptions there again!

This was the worst Walmart I've ever been to. So many people without mask, no sanitizer provided. Distance of 6ft was not followed, the lines to pay at the register was not coordinated right/ very disorganized. They had a bunch of customers bunched up together like sardines. My anxiety was of the roof. I felt even worse when an older gentleman probably in his 80s was in the line waiting with me and turns around and says "no respect from anyone, why aren't they wearing a mask". I saw the poor guy shaking, nervous, anxious. He probably dont have another person to pick up his groceries. This is not the employees at Walmart fault, they are underpaid and cant be taking the role of security. If a person dont have a mask, they shouldn't be allowed in store period. One suggestion, possible a lane for elderly people separated from those who dont care about their health and others. This is ridiculous.

My mother lost her keys in Walmart and she went around asking associates and.they were so rude to her. Then she was told by one associate to go to returns. She did and lady at returns was rude as hell and didn't bother to look if anything was returned just looked at her rude said "no"! This is why I never shop at Walmart. Rude as hell!! She has been in and out searching with no luck. The only nice associate was the greeter. She asked my mom if she lost anything and my mother said yes. So the nice of the greeter to go look. She was the only one that cared. If she had the names of the associates I'd gladly report them to corporate!

Holy #%$^. Only TWO checkouts open and one is in garden. The lines of customers at each one is absolutely insane. I see employees milling about how about OPENING SOME MORE CHECKOUT LANES. In fact people in lime on front and back of me are all complaining.

I think it's kind of weird how they will have an employee working in a certain department but yet when you ask That certain employee where something is located they will literally hit you with "I do not know I am not in this department." While they are literally standing in the department that you are asking where something is ALL workers should be trained to know where everything is. This is not the first time that this has happened to me it literally happens every time I go inside Walmart.
