Probably one of the most shady banks I have ever used. I'm done with the after they let my account be drained by fraud and they just said good luck.

Worse customer service ever. Every time I go in , my experience doesn't change . No one makes eye contact , no one helps you. Very disappointing .

ATM really was horrible at this bank, not ever working correctly and the only one in vicinity.Deposits made on the online app are great and there is no hassle or triple trips to the bank.

Extremely RUDE! Went in to open an account with them. The lady was rude when I asked and said I would need an appointment cuz all of the bankers were too busy. I watched one of the bankers pull one women from the line over to the desk and helped her all the while flirting with her. Guess I have the wrong bits.Anyways, told her well this is ridiculous, and that they must not want my business. So I’ll open up an account elsewhere. So I did just that. Thank you chase for being so helpful and willing to do whatever I needed to start an account and do business with me.

Would have gave these guys a negative if possible. I'm SOOOOOOOOO glad this is not my bank and this visit was a one time thing. Came day before n waited in line for 15 mins n not one person was helped. So I left. Came bk next day, was only person in line n still a 10min wait. Will never b coming back again. I recommend if somebody writes you a check for Wells Fargo, charge them an extra $20 on top of whatever the check is for. Just because you're going to be waiting a very long time in line or just do not receive a check from Wells Fargo

Standing in line, over 70 when I walked in. Not even half way to teller yet. It is 10:45 I arrived at 10:10. Two tellers on a Saturday .seriously most people work 8 to 5 Monday -Friday, so Saturday is the only day to bank. Think they would have 4 tellers at least. I will be pulling my accounts in the near future. Never enough staff and this branch is busy all the time. Now one window closes at 11:00 instead of good customer service provided us with Tellers they close a window. For God sake, they are only open for three hours, why can’t they all stay up front. Oh and there is now about 50 to 60 people behind me. I was down to 10 in front of me 15 minutes ago. 7 in front now. Wonder how much longer. My guess is another 30 minutes or more.

First of all, people get off work at 5 wells fargo should accomidate this by staying open until at THE least 6pm.This bank is always overcrowded, always understaffed, something or some machine is always broken. Currently the main entrance door has been broken for a week. The ATMS ARE ALWAYS DOWN.DONT BANK HERE.

This bank is absolute chaos. I come in maybe once or a month to make a payment on a card and the line is ridiculously long. All the way out the door. They have like 2 tellers working. And unless your there to deposit for a business, they don't care how long you wait. There's like 4/5 workers just standing behind the tellers watching the huge line and not caring one bit. I'm so glad this isn't my day to day bank because there's absolutely no way I'd deal with this. I'm very surprised they even have all these customers willing to deal with this on a daily basis. I do not recommend this bank one bit.
