A nice branch with short queue and fast & friendly people. Rating based on the experience with the front desk as my tasks weren't complicated enough to interact with the banking advisors.

Best customer service ever , I live in Redwood City and I have to drive 20 minutes to Portola Valley just to have their service , they are very care about customers .. Thank you Maria and Lorie you guys make me feel so welcome.

Cozy little chase branch. Rarely busy and the staff is very helpful, good spot right before 280.
