I ordered two sets of Larson shutters. They were recommended by a friend who is very knowledgeable regarding building construction and home work.I got the shutters well before the promised delivery date.They are absolutely perfect. Currently I'm in the process of painting them.Painting is very tedious work. The next time I order shutters from Larson's I will have them painted by them.L o w e l l, Lexington Kentucky

I ordered a custom set of raised panel vinyl shutters for my home. The quality of the shutters is very good and the customer service team is very quick to reply and solve issues. One of the shutters had a minor blemish and when I submitted a picture to the customer service the damaged shutter was replaced at no charge within days. Note: the vinyl shutters I ordered were not paintable. Highly recommend this company for good pricing and fast delivery.

Horrible product. I spent over 4k on composite shutters that arrived looking like they were made from MDF. Many had chip marks that will have to be filled in. None are paintable as advertised. I contacted the company and they are not willing to do anything. Terrible customer service. Not a quality product. Stay away.

Ordered 5 pairs of Atlantic board and batten shutters with functional hardware and had no issues at all. The customer service responded within a business day to my questions via email and they were very transparent on the supply chain delays. Actual color was accurate with the color selection book they sent me. Everything arrived very well packaged/secured on a large pallet and each shutter was individualyl wrapped. Nothing was damaged during shipping.

I paid $1438.43 for seven pairs of custom painted shutters on June 30, 2020. A week after I placed the order, I received an email stating I didn't pay enough for custom paint, so I called and gave our credit card over the phone to cover the balance (roughly $250).I called about the order status at the end of July and the middle of August and was told (due to COVID) there was a delay in production; no other issues. Yesterday I received a cancellation notice from Larson and when I called to find out why, I was told they'd been trying to reach us (they tried one of the two phone numbers I gave them, and never emailed) to let us know they wrote our card info down wrong, and since they couldn't reach us they canceled the order... after two months of waiting! I also had been in touch with them twice and NO mention of an unpaid balance.Instead of trying to solve the issue, the woman (from Larson) I spoke to got so wound-up and and defensive, I just didn't have the energy to continue to convince her to complete this transaction.I'm done with this company. They have ridiculous hours (8:30am to 2pm Monday - Thursday and only open for 3.5 hours on Friday), so reaching them is difficult regardless. They have about 20 competitors offering the exact same product (they are simply middlemen), so if they don't get their customer service on point, they won't have business.

Don’t use them. I ordered some shutter clips from them and paid almost $15 in shipping to get to me. Did not open them at all And then I shipped them back at my cost which was less than $10. When they refunded my money, they didn’t refund the $15 in shipping that I paid to get them to me. So Not only did they inflate the amount of the shipping cost to me, they wouldn’t reimburse me so Basically I paid shipping both ways. I called them to discuss and the rep’s response was “ we paid shipping too.” No you didn’t! It was charged as part of my order. Shady!
