The Portola branch is old school banking, The tellers are very fast and friendly and some how remember everyones first name befor they pull up your info and that is what old school banking is all about ...Big shout out to Lisa N Plumas Banks number one in Portola I give it 100%

Quincy branch, understaffed and they still go out of their way with customer service! This is what a small town bank should be like. Only negative thing would be they need more tellers, but the ones there really do try to make up for that.

Waited in phone purgatory for half an hour trying to get an account with this bank. Still didn't get to speak to an actual person until I called Wells Fargo in Reno. So much for keeping my business local.
