I was very satisfied with the help I got on the phone twice. The representative was very patient, very nice, answered all my questions and gave me the requested information.One thing that they can do better is to actually fulfill the special requests from patients when they ask for such. I asked the package to be left behind a column, next to my front door, but it was left in front of the front door, visible from the street, instead.

My dermatologist sent my prescriptions here and it was literally the easiest, smoothest experience I’ve ever had getting my prescriptions filled and I’m my hand. They had them in house so they were able to send them with a currier and I had them to my house within a couple of days from purchase. When I needed to re-fill. They kept sending me text reminders so I just called and they got me what I needed. I highly recommend this place!

Apotheco Pharmacy personnel was friendly. They filled my prescription efficiently. When their staff realized my prescription was not covered by my insurance they were able to obtain a coupon to help me cover the cost of my prescription. Thank you.
