A man driving a truck and wearing tattoos pulled up to a liquor store parking lot next to me. I had just got into the car and left the door open for a second while I was putting on music. The man in the truck yelled at me rudely to shut the door, and get off my phone. The man walked into the liquor store and came out 15 seconds with a vape. This man was wearing a Bay City Electric Works shirt. If he represents even a small part of the company, I strongly advise avoiding doing business with them.

I have been using Bay city electric for a little while now they have done a great job with maint on our generator which includes annual maint and load bank testing prices are fair and they are professional i run the maint dept for a small health care facility and they have taken very good care of us i would recomend their services

Had a service done, and they would not provide a quote. Tried for over a year. Kept hearing "just waiting on prices from suppliers", but they never got back to us. The service call was over $1,000, and never got a repair quote or a quote for a new replacement genset. This place is expensive, and you would think for the price, you'd get decent customer service. That was NOT the case.

Horrible service. I only have one small generator which to Bay City = I DO NOT MATTER AS A CUSTOMER.
Trying to find someone else to service my Kohler gen. Cannot get a call or email back.
Would put zero stars if allowed.
