Kimberly is great!! I bought my blistein setup, and in my moment of excitement, I threw away ALL of my decals. I left a message and in minutes had a representative returning my call. Kimberly is a perfect representation of quality customer service and a company that cares about its reputation in the community and cares about the community it is helping to build. Love Bilstein, love Kimberly, great experience from start to finish.Bilstein 8100, 8112 set (incredible experience, if you can you should. Unreal offroad ride safety and quality.)

They are very lazy and slow! All the time break ! All the time meetings! I arrived at 9:30 they said break time! After 20 minutes, they were meeting !

I ordered Bilstein shocks for my 2012 F-250 4WD on Amazon. I consulted the Bilstein website for the correct part numbers. The front 2 shocks fit perfectly. One of the rear shocks has a different configuration for the top mounting point (to the frame). I called Bilsteins Poway, CA location to see if they could help me describe the problem to Amazon to ensure I got the correct product in return. The gentleman on the phone suggested the products were possibly counterfeit or had been modified and then returned to Amazon. I told him that these were new in the box with matching part numbers stamped into the shock bodies. He suggested I return the product to Amazon and purchase from an authorized dealer. As far as I know this is a genuine Bilstein product manufactured in Mexico. I continued to ask questions and this gentleman became upset, almost argumentative. I told him I couldn’t believe that he was talking to me in this manner..........HE HUNG UP ON ME. I would have been better off with talking to a rep in a call center in India. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in my experience with Bilstein. And again, I called the manufacturer for advice on how to ensure I would get the correct product when returning my incorrect product from Amazon. This call took place on 1-25-2021 at 11:09am PST

I called customer service in Poway . They are very rude very direct.. No customer service experience. Never will buy Bilstein again. With this big name in shocks they should be more professional..

They advertise a lifetime warranty on their shocks. My shocks failed after normal use. No off road stuff, highway miles only. The dampers are no longer working and it is a very rough ride now. Service rep was rude and said I had used them past their life expectancy!

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE POSSIBLE NEED ONE SHOCK TOLD I HAVE TO SEND IT FOR REPAIR 6 TO 8 WEEKS CAN'T BUY ONE SHOCK NEED TO BUY A COMPLETE KIT WILL NEVER BUY BILSTEIN SHOCK AGAIN !!!!!!!

Long story short, had some 6112 and 5160 installed a month ago at a local offroad shop. Tech said one of the 5160's are blown and there's none to be had to replace under a warranty. So here I am, with a blown shock and an answer to a warranty is "If the unfortunate situation comes around where we do not have inventory to replace the item that is defective, we would have to wait until more inventory comes in." Absolutely ridiculous customer service and the last time I'll ever have a product from Bilstein. To the people reading this, and if you know about suspension systems (in this case offroad shocks) go Fox, King or even Icon. At least they take care of there customers and have a superior product. COVID or not, either replace a shock or give me the money back!

I purchased all four Bilstein shocks for my Toyota based on the stellar reputation of quality. After having them professionally installed I immediately had a hollow loose clunking noise and feel from both sides of the rear end of my car. After several attempts to check over and remedy the situation it was determined that the rear shocks were the cause of the loose noise and feel, and they were faulty right out of the box. After contacting both Bilstein and the supplier I was informed that Bilstein does not accept returns. They said my option available is to have them removed and have my car sit while I ship them back to Bilstein at my expense they will then inspect and rebuild. They also offered that I can purchase another set at full price and then ship back the other set, once again on my dime, for possible refund. These were brand new never used, installed professionally, and faulty right from the get go. This company has show a complete and utter disregard for their customer. I could understand if they received the items and it was determined they were faulty from poor install or misuse, but why should I pay for their faulty manufacturing. I am very disappointed and will strongly advise anyone away from any Bilstein product in the future.
