I contacted BCS in Poway to get a proposal for replacing our main network printer. They responded quickly, gave me a good proposal and now maybe 4 working days later we are enjoying our brand new Konica Minolta bizhub C360i because it is up and running on our network 3 hours after delivery. This went much better than I have ever seen it done.

I was looking to purchase a service contract on my office copier and the manufacturer referred me to BCS. The receptionist did not seem to understand the concept of a service contract and they did not once return any of my 4-5 phone calls. I was once told someone was reviewing my request and would get right back to me and once that my request was being passed to a manager. No one ever responded. It turns out that I'll be purchasing a new copier, but I sure won't give these guys the opportunity to bid. Gees. Just call and say ya' can't help me, instead of making excuses and letting me phone again and again. It wastes my time and makes your organization look just so unprofessional.

For unparalleled support, BCS Staff, Suzanna, and Keith went out of their way to help me with a Toshiba EStudio 455se technical issue. I had never heard of them before and now, I will definitely tell everyone!! #PrinterTechSupport
